hello room, im new on here, please if i may ask a quick question. thanks. when applying a finnish study visa, is it ok to bring a PARENT'S bank statements as the means of finances ?? IF NOT, how is their MONEY-DUMPING policy? i.e. lets say prior to applying, its been only a couple thousands/transactions in my account.. now, all of sudden, its 2-3 million naira in the account. do they go with the flow or they object on it? sayin its money-dumpin ? if i may get a response on these, it will be appreciated .. thank u guys. |

Where did the 'Dumped money' come from? That is what they will be most concerned about... If it is from your sponsor (parents or whoever) How did the sponsor get the money? .... They will look at the paper trail.... Did the sponsor borrow the money they gave you? They'd look at all that....... Just have the paper to show the money was not borrowed and where it is gotten from can be proven. jiigga: 1 Like |

they do care. you have to explain the source of funds in your account. so yes if your parents are the one sponsoring you, you need to have their bank statements showing when they transferred the funds to your account aeboiy: |

yes there are Part Time jobs. might be difficult to get at first but you'll survive. some people 'rush' their courses and move to helsinki to work for the summer and raise enough funds for their permit renewal, some get good paid internships in school or elsewhere, either way, you will survive. kofoironic: 2 Likes |

How? Please clarify sirkezman: |
Re: Studying In Finland (free Tuition) by sirkezman: 6:56pm On Jul 17, 2018 |
Loan from official sources e.g banks and lending houses are considered secured source of income because there is official documentation but borrowing from people isn’t considered as being secure kofoironic: |

Morning house, I seriously need update and help. All thing being equal, admission gotten, placement given and payment made. But I'm confused as to when I want to apply for RP. In the form there is need for residential accommodation/address. Please how do I go about this? And how can I get a cheap accommodation over there and address to use for my RP. TREAT AS URGENT PLEASE. |
Re: Studying In Finland (free Tuition) by sirkezman: 11:34am On Jul 19, 2018 |

Re: Studying In Finland (free Tuition) by gabriel88(m): 11:48am On Jul 19, 2018 |
sirkezman:One is an address in Finland and the other Nigeria. I. Need clarification. Secondly, how can I get accommodation? |
Re: Studying In Finland (free Tuition) by sirkezman: 12:23pm On Jul 19, 2018 |
i suggest you use your school address as the address in Finland. for accommodation, your school should have included how to apply for that in your admission letter. student housing agencies are usually the cheapest around. so you should apply if you have not done so already gabriel88: 2 Likes |
