Can anyone suggest a better network to use in the absence of Ntel not working.

Let anyone using glo, swift or whatever should let us know here o. Ntel doesnt know how to fix the problem od sub issue and network isse but not everyone is affected as i have confirmed from a friend who usual sub unlimited plan and he said he is still rocking ntel with no issue.

I have lost considerable amount of money becoz of lack of internet.

Has anyone been able to subscribe for data in the last two weeks successfully on Ntel. My 3750 naira is still trapped in there just like mumu... Not able to use it for anything. 2 weeks? Imagine, what kind of crappy network is this?

I am tired,no service since yesterday night till now on ntel in my area. This one dey hold ground with glo. Time to move to a better network and have peace of mind.

Don't use the app, use a web browser to subscribe. Had the same experience for 5 days last week on two different devices.


Managed to get lucky on Friday, both went through.

And harass them with DM on Twitter. Don't insult or yab them, just keep sending

I dont even know how many gigs i have left there but i subbed 48gb last week...ive left ntel alone, ive subbed on mtn, atleast peace of mind...i no come this life come suffer

No service for 2days on my ntel. I dont even care about the gb i have remaining anymore. Only the painful 3k that's stuck in that account. Very wack service

I think ntel is breaking down their service across the plans you subscribe for.

Presently WAWU is messed up and you will regret using it.
While the unlimited 17500 plan seem to be decent enough.

The weekly unlimited speed is capped at 5Mbps. I don't know about the monthly unlimited.
