You think joining the Army is as simple as applying and getting the job? Or as simple as displaying strength and bravery and being employed on merit? When animals like you and your leaders up there have used nepotism and favouritism to ruin the process.. They would ask you which Emir or general or minister or presidency oga you know. Do you know how many times my own family members, friends and acquaintances have tried to enlist in the military and do you know the corruption laden 'man know man' process involved that denied them the opportunity?
