If I'm made the coach of United for a week (enough time to sell and replace or go for a target), I'll terminate Young's contract and wish him well, then keep Shaw and get a new LB like you suggested. I don't even need to put a strenuous exercise on my brain cells looking for a replacement. I'll go for Draxlat of Uruguay straight away. He's young, very strong and competitive. Above all, he's LEFT-FOOTED to whip in crosses not like Young that have to cut the ball back and cross with his right foot because he's not left-footed, killing the momentum of the play in the process.

Draxlat, The guy on braids right?

Reason I suggested he be dropped is because he can be the third choice if Shaw gets injured again, unless Mourinho plans to use Mitchell, as I have read here, he plays there too

This Pre-season gonna be a huge Opportunity for Martial to claim the LW, LWF - since Sanchez ain't making the Tour.

He has a Rookie, Angel Gomez, to compete with during the Tour, thus must show Mou and the Fans that he's fully ready to be the number 1 Choice for the Position(s) this Season.

Can he displace Sanchez though? The problem is his off the ball movement isn't as good as Sanchez's although he's more technical. He's also a bit laid back and hardly forces issues when he's capable of doing so. If your off the ball movement isn't good, make use of your technical skills na (cough cough Hazard grin

)

My only issue is the CDM role. We can't bank on Matic all season like we did last season. What if he has an average second season like he normally does at his new club? The likes of Mctominay and Herrera aint impressive. Fred is more of a box-box CM and Hamilton isn't even a CDM but a box-box. I've not been impressed with Hamiton in that role. I've heard of James Garner but don't know much about him and he's too young sef although if you're good enough, you're old enough.
