They should look familiar because soup options are not many in the US, especially when you live in smaller cities without diverse cultures. I am mostly limited to spinach and okra. Egusi and Ogbono are ordered online and sometimes, I don't have the time to wait or even trust the quality of what is being ordered. Well, except I choose to make long drives.

I like my Jollof rice looking a little white, until my taste buds change, it may look same. I switch between corn and plantain for the Jollof beans.
