Willian, currently, is like Nani in his last years with us. And I don't like that version of Nani.

He could only participate effectively in counters. He holds on unnecessarily to the ball and is uber useless against teams that park the bus. Lacks creativity too in those circumstances.

What we need is someone who can break down teams that sit back and defend with his direct running. Like Brazil's Douglas Costa against Belgium at the WC.

He should also be good in counters, but not as much as breaking down defensive setups.

Honestly, the guy might be a World Cup hype, but buying any player is taking a risk, because he may or may not excel at your club. For Golovin, the risk is worth it, though, I mean, he's not too costly.
