Joe Riley has even left for Bradford. Lawd have mercy. Our talented players are leaving while we're sticking with Darmian, Mctominay, Herrera et al. Yeye.

Bro what about Regan Poole?

I remember when you mentioned him as one to watch here. He's gone on to have a fantastic career so far, so I trust your judgement on these other boys.

GGMU bro.

Don't humour me. Reegan Poole is a fantastic lad who has been impressive as LCB even when he's at his best as a RCB. Why did you think our u23 got relegated with their woeful defence while he was on loan?

The likes of Tuanzebe and Shuan Williams have been riding on a 17 yrs old Poole's back all this while because they got to play as RCB while Poole played the LCB role but everytime the former played as Lcb, they have looked abject whereas Poole has been decent/good as Lcb but quite fantastic as Rcb and CDM. What more? He's better in the air than Tuazenbe and Shuan Williams.

Moreover, Poole has already debuted for his national team even at a young age.

Harrop was our best player against Crystal palace. He puts our older lads and Crystal palace players to shame.
It's so unfortunate he had to leave for more playing time for a defensive Preston team that has little support for him.

What you don't know is it's easier for an inexperienced technique depended young player to play for a top team where he would have much better support and many other talents surrounding him compared to a physically demanding championship team with little support nor talents in the team. That was why Kane looked abject while on loan for a championship club. That was why Cleverley could have his way for a top team like ours until he was eventually found out and so-on.

Anyway, Preston fans have been happy with him so far.

Mourinho with his big mouth will soon loose it..His rants are becoming just too much...Are we the only club whose players are on holiday? We came with kids and so what or are we the only club who came with kids on pre season tour?

Imagine Pochettino who still has nine players absent is busy sounding positive even without making a single signing.. PSG lost hugely against Arsenal and the coach isnt blabbing everywhere..

ManUtd had better sack this man before he starts turning players against themselves..

The policy of using players in different positions up to reserve team level seems to have been affecting our youth players over the last 3-5yrs.

A player like Riley should have been allowed to develop fully at the RB position instead of playing him RB, LB, CM e.t.c

Regan Poole is too small to make it at United as a CB. Yet another player whose education has been wasted playing a role he is ill-suited for going forward. If he had played CDM all those years instead of shuttling from RCB to LCB and RB, then CDM he would have a better chance of making an impact at Old Trafford.

P.S He is 20yrs old and is YET to debut for Wales. Also he is just a few months younger than Tuanzebe and older than RoShaun.

I warned him about Josh Harrop. Harrop is just there, not exceptional in speed, dribbling, passing or shooting. Only position he is suited for is as no10 and not that his vision is that great sef.

*inserts Dr Dre Cd*

*selects track 7*

On having to play with youngsters in preseason :
Pep : “ You cannot imagine how much I have enjoyed these two weeks with these guys. The young guys have desire. They open their eyes and listen because they have their whole career ahead of them. I want to say thank you to them.”

Mourinho : "We started the game with a lot of players who will not be in our squad on August 9. This is not my squad, not even half, not even 30% of my squad. So don't look to this. “Look, do you want Sanchez to be very happy with the players he has around him? We are here just to survive and to have some not very ugly results. Alexis is the only striker we have. And the poor man is there trying his best."

Poole is tall enough. You don't have to be above 180cm to be a defender. Puyol was just as tall as Poole who's still growing and was great in the air. It's all about timing your jump. As a matter of fact, Poole is the best header of the ball among Tuazenbe, Shuan and TFM.

Secondly, Poole came to the club at just 17yrs and was partnering Tuanzebe at the heart of our u23 defence. That was why I stated that Tuanzebe was riding on a 17yrs old Poole. It was Poole who replaced TFM in the LCB role for the u23 and has done well ever since then. None of Shuan Williams who was abject last season nor Tuanzebe could replicate Poole's performance in the LCB role.

Also, young lads are bound to be moved around for the experience until they have found their permanent role. I don't think Poole has lost anything 'cos he's still our best youth defender till date and he's still developing. I believe he will make a wonderful RCB or CDM. He came to club as a defender btw.

It's shame our fans preferred to look at the physically imposing Tuazebe who to be fair was doing well as a RCB but all I could see was his partner, Poole because Poole was not only better on the ball but was also great in the air and was well positionally sound. No doubt he's made some few costly mistake as a Lcb but he's hardly made any mistake playing as a RCB where he can use his stronger foot. And the day I saw how woeful Tuanzebe looked in the LCB role for the u23 is the day I started to respect Poole's performance as a LCB. What more? The u23 defence became woeful after he left on a loan.

As for his debut game, I remember he was called to his national team last season or so.

Mourinho: “I have learned nothing from this game,”. “This is not my squad, half of my squad are missing and half of the players out there today will not be at the club after August 9.

“This is nothing to do with reinforcements, the reinforcement is Pogba, Fellaini, Lindelof, Marcos Rashford, Jesse Lingard, Matic, Antonio Valencia. These are reinforcements, this is not our team, not our squad. We played reasonably well with a lot of kids at the end, but when we run out of gasoline, it is goodbye.

Pep Guardiola’s take on Manchester City’s absentees during their own tour of the US
: “I learned when a little boy in Barcelona, don’t find excuses. We are happy to have 16 players out – the most [of any club], that’s a good sign for the club. We are going to adapt, it’s a simple as that

*in xzibit voice* "and that's the difference..."

Riley was highly rated as well as Harrop. They can't just be bothered to stick around, considering they are getting no younger.

Like I stated earlier, moving youth players are bound to happen in the youth team and when they are still developing to give them experience. It only becomes abnormal when they have grown past such age and should be staking their claim in their best position. For example, we've come to realise the RB full back role is Riley's best role, hence it will be stupid moving him around, especially now that he's 21yrs.

All wrong. Watch Harrop's goal against Crystal palace and tell me he doesn't have dribbling skill. In fact, his close control and dribbling is the best of his game.

As for his shooting, he's improved that aspect of his game since he became the youth team central figure after Perreira left. Have you forgotten he scored an hattrick against a Spurs team who had much older experienced first team players playing in that u23 match before he debuted with another goal for our first team?

Thirdly, he's not only good as a no 10. In fact, he looked the best as a no 8. His performance as a CM in our 7-2 win against Sunderland youth team was really fantastic. His movement, awareness and anticipation are something else and those are what I love about him.

Why did we offer him a new contract which he turned down?

Why is it that Preston fans herald his quality and want him starting more?

Depends on your definition of being a disappointment at the end cos from the way this man is frustrated and blaming everything, I just hope we qualify for CL. Not to forget his 3rd season debacles.

Lamentations everywhere. We don't have a full squad ready yet but that doesn't excuse Mourinho's senseless rants.
We are not the only team affected by the world cup.
