Good day house. I just found out I made a mistake for my WES evaluation. I selected WES standard application for document by document evaluation instead of ECA for IRCC. I have already made payments . Pls has anyone experienced this before? What can i do?
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 4 by jelmusboy(m): 1:31pm On Jul 31, 2018
If your transcript is with WES Canada, send a mail to them sharply to change it to ECA for IRCC. Not a big deal

Sorry for the stress bro/sis. I think you should ask WES to re-add the certificate and resend verification.

melarose:
So I managed to get a bit of what the problem was regarding my ATS evaluation. Apparently Wes did send a verification mail to ICAN on July 3 and they attached d body of my transcript and examination certificate for ICAN to respond that it is authentic but somehow I think the person responding stated that it is not their membership certificate. I really do not know for sure what the exact response was coz d man I spoke with at who I believe is in charge of verification at the idowu Taylor VI office did not say much. Now I have the mail Wes sent to ICAN and the attachments too, what do I do now should ICAN re-verify that email? Or do they have to call Wes? Do u think this can be rectified at all especially since this certificate has been removed unjustly from my Wes account timeline, is it possible for Wes to add it back? Am so angry and confused at the moment I don’t know who to face first Wes or ICAN and what to do exactly.

Already have AOR won't need to give biometric data. Fresh E-APRs from certain parts of the world (nigeria included) only.

I am not sure but this info from canada.ca seems to disagree with you. It does sound counter-intuitive though

If we received your application before July 31

You need to give your biometrics if you’re between 14 and 79 years old, even if you gave them to us in the past in support of an application for a visitor visa, study or work permit.

If we received your application on or after July 31

You don’t need to give your biometrics if:

you already gave them in the past in support of an application for a visitor visa, study or work permit, and
your biometrics are still valid.

You can find out if your biometrics are still valid and when they expire by using the Check Status Tool.

How do I know if my application was received before July 31, 2018?

Just curious... is there anyone in the house that CIC actually verified their reference letter from their employer?

If yes, how is it done? Is it by email or telephone?

I know CIC usually calls the bank to confirm funds as at the date on the letter by telephone, but I want to know if work reference is confirmed by phone or email?

I think not Madam, if to say your brother -in-law has gotten his sorted out, then you can use him to claim 15 points. Not his wife.

His wife is neither your sibbling nor your husband's, you can only claim points from either your sibbling or your husband's sibbling, also note that the intended must have a valid PR card and is resident in Canada as at the time of application. These are my thoughts, hope you find them helpful.

Well, he has to prove residency by showing his PR card and current utility bill (Phone bill or rent). So if those can be got within six months then fine.

Unfortunately this is not the case with Nigeria. I was told I need to come for biometrics. What happened to the biometrics captured for my passport, national ID card, sim registration, and that bank thing? I need help with the PCC abeg. I can't come to Nigeria for just that.
Inspector is tested and he delivers.....pronto! grin

The man I spoke with at the ICAN office said Wes is meant to send two emails to them but they only got one. The one they got included the body of my transcript and my ATS exam certificate. The other mail which Wes refused to send is supposed to contain my membership certificate and that is why this problem occurred. Honestly, this doesn’t add up neither does it make sense, please was this how ur verification came too?
safex:
