10.2% - 113days (22/11/18)
11.25% - 134days (13/12/18)
11.35% - 204days (21/2/19)

in primary market, the Bank need to wait till auction day to get the rate while in secondary market, the Bank already know the rate to use which gotten 4rm previous primary market
