It can't work in Nigeria cos of the working condition and the rate of employment..... I can bet u many Nigerian won't work in a private institution nor wait to be fired if they had a choice cos all this shitty head private believe they are second in command to God and don't care about u or ur feelings the fired and once u associate with the fired u are a prone enemy and benext on the roll

It seems the workers are living well for all of them to leave, because it won't take the company time to recruit new workers.

It is like that everywhere Oga, not just a Nigeria thing. When was the last time you read something like this anywhere else? Or, people were not being sacked in different countries?

Living in denial has never helped. Look around you, your country, your leaders and your cowardly inclination to all the rot.

They left because they can easily find another job. You can't try it here na. Work that took you fourteen years to get, you decided to throw it away in an instant. You may never find another one in your life time.

In Nigeria, the reverse remains d case. I could remember 2013, i use to work in a food and beverage company. I was sacked for no aparent reason, all those i thought were my frens including those i give free food could nt even call me to ask wat transpired. Luckily for me i was able to get a banking job months later. I dnt know who told them, i started seeing their calls as if i was working in a call center, i didnt hesitate to block some.

In my former place of work, I employed 6 people, (friends and families) the day I resigned, none of them call me to even ask what prompted my decision. Till date, they haven't called. People that I helped. Too bad
