Uber since lastwk hasnt bn adding my toll fares to trip fares eachtym am entering lekki via any of the tolls leaving me to always keep complaining by doing a fare review. Is anyone else currently experiencing this same thing? Well u guys need to take a close look at trip fare breakdown to ensure that ur tolls are added.

Cos they work morning and night. Some guys no dey sleep. On your Taxify riders app and see cars all over Lagos. So u can't compare such drivers with those that work 5:30am to 9pm.

Either way. U ll get your 40k weekly while your car is doing the work telling on its mileage.

Yet its the same car owner that will shout that driver over use their cars or sub-lease to other drivers to earn more and meet up without issues.

So the choice is urs. Some drivers can do 50k / 60k per week if u allow them to use the car without limitations in ur agreement papers

How does the work go?
Requests get to your phone, accept the request, move to the pickup location, pick rider, start trip, get to the destination, end trip, then expect next request on your phone.
As you claimed they were busy composing, do they turn off their apps while composing stories?
Will they force requests into their phones.
Take a look at the tgiirl, he got good requests over the weekend. Does it mean he was just wasting his time during the week.

Some work over night but I guess the car owners don't want to know how you make the money as long as the weekly payment is made.
I have an offline rider that has cars on the platform but I smiled when he told me how he operates with the drivers. The vehicles use mineral oil for servicing, and the oil change is done once a month. But had to advice him to keep an eye on the milage for oil change if he doesn't want to use synthetic oil. I know that the drivers will be over using the vehicles but what do I know.
This is me today. I can't come and kill myself

It's not about being online. it's staying online in the right places. It's obvious you had a lot of wait time, mostly due to being online in some inactive areas.

It's just contradicting. My 2 drivers have been on my neck for weeks now to reduce remmitance to 30k (camry 08) cos d business is not what it used to be and I keep seeing this scary figures.

give the driver for 2k weekly remittance..he will stil use that car same way he is gonna do if you tell him 35k weekly.
No sane driver will meet double his remittance target by Wednesday and park your car to rest for the next 5days.

U speaking for all drivers? Many drivers rest when they meet up a week remittance or target set for themselves. And that doesn't mean that 'they are insane'

you have someone's car with you to deliver 35k weekly..by Thursday, you've doubled your target leaving you with atleast 35k for yourself; will you leave the car to chill for the rest of the week since there's no more target to meet?

If your answer is NO..don't bother to quote me

If it's YES. just be rest assured you av a VIP reservation in hell.

Talking for myself. I join Taxify to driver at my own timing.

If I am to be driving someone else's car on rentals. I still wont stress my self after meeting that week remittance and same amount for myself to save..

High numbers of drivers relax the moment they met up and had some more cash for themselves. And that's when the driver will be so bold to reject some request anyhow.

Taxify introduce the all hour bonus to motivate drivers to keep working even after meeting up remittance, if not.. U know naw

this happens only when the app is online and the car on move. Which means the driver is yet to park the car to chill..
Ultimately, it's still telling on the same mileage you think lower remittance demands will prevent or reduce.

Tgiirl:

you've stated another strong reason for the driver to be tempted to go back to the road even after meeting remittance targets.. which will still tell on the mileage.

Basically, You sort of consented to the fact that lower remittance demands doesn't change the driver's resolve to stretch the car's mileage Readings in a bid to pocket extra cash. There is nothing like 2much money for an ambitious driver and to get that money(whether for the car owner or himself), the car must be on the move.

For the first that I noticed that toll wasn't add, I just snapped a blank sheet and stated that I wasn't with the receipt yet I was paid. But I will tell them next time toll is added to the fare that I would rather cancel the trip cos I can't be arguing with a rider nor making review anytime I pass through the toll.

Someone like me go back home to relax when I notice a day is not going well for me or I close for the day when I meet my target. I can't come and kill myself. Tomorrow is another day

Oga leave that yan, available rides outweigh the drivers. No matter the positioning, request will not drop from the sky. If just 10 percent of drivera should position in your so call active area, believe me it will become inactive.
