Biakwa: Sometimes the online profile updates has a mind of its own and change arbitrarily or not change at all when it suppose to change. If I were to take a good guess though, your review of eligibility started and It was forwarded to a VO who decided they needed to vet something else further before he/she can make a decision. So your file returned to the vetting department. 2 Likes |

Ij hurricanesgrace: I posted something sometimes ago, some know-it-all were condemning me. Any information I post here is from the in-house. I disn't argue th because they are classical. Only the required docs go to NAIROBI. Other optional docs that support your application stay back here. This is coupled with the strict nature of NAIROBI VOs who are majorly Indian-Canadians. THE BETTER OPTION IS GO ONLINE IN YOUR NEXT APPLICATION 1 Like |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by Frankrobbn1: 10:45am On Aug 09, 2018 |
Biakwa: This could be a system glitch, give it some time it will go back to it normal state (Review of eligibility). Once that happens be ready to get a response from them. Many applicants will get reponse starting from next week. |

Pls house, who did upfront medicals and his/her medical has been updated to passed and eligibility review has also started? And, gurus, pls after 'UPFRONT' medicals has been updated, how long does it take for them to determine one's eligibility? It's like I shouldn't have even done this upfront medical thing self. I don't even know where my application is drifting to... God, pls take control of my application. Go ahead of me and break VO's protocols for my approval. Amen!!! 1 Like |

Please you guys should help. I have been asking this yet no response. Is it necessary to send my International bursary offer to be added to my application even though it is just CAD$1,100? I submitted application approximately 3-weeks ago. Thank you

mightyola:mightyola, Why go for medicals when you're not sure about the progress of your application? Why not allow CIC to request for this medicals so you could know the fate of your application? I hope it favours you. All the best! 2 Likes |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by Frankrobbn1: 10:57am On Aug 09, 2018 |
pchilaka: Yes, it's very necessary to do so, considering that it has connection with finances. Use the IRCC WEB FORM to send it across to the Lagos, London and Kenya visa offices. |

Time is a factor here. School resumes on the 3rd. But on a second note, maybe I should just wait. Frankrobbn1: |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by Frankrobbn1: 11:03am On Aug 09, 2018 |
mightyola: You didn't undergo an upfront medicals prior the submission of your application. So why go for it now? I don't advise anyone to do that, because it's not the right step to take. Allow CIC to send you a medical request, with this you will be self-assured that your application has gone pass half way and close to an approval. All the best! |

Frankrobbn1: Thank you. Hitting it right away. How do I know the Visa office processing my application please? I submitted online, Addressed all my letters to Lagos. Did my Biometrics at Abuja. Please respond asap. Thank you 1 Like |

Goodday everyone, pls did anyone had an idea of what might be wrong with my application, cos I submitted 8th of June and since I haven't had anything from them. Biometrics hasn't been done. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by Frankrobbn1: 11:11am On Aug 09, 2018 |
pchilaka: Online application! Send it to Lagos and London visa offices. These are the offices in charge of online applications. All the best! |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by Kishkosh: 11:13am On Aug 09, 2018 |
Beeholar18: Have you sent them mail, if not try to do that. 8th of June is damn to long overdue not to get a biometrics request mail. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by pchilaka(m): 11:15am On Aug 09, 2018 |
Frankrobbn1: Ok Frank. But I can only chose one option on the Webform. Do I say i forgot to attach it earlier or I gt it after sumbision though the date is same date with my admission offer |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by Frankrobbn1: 11:17am On Aug 09, 2018 |
Beeholar18: 9 weeks now and you haven't received a biometrics call?? That sounds ridiculous. Kindly send them a CSE using the IRCC WEB FORM |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by Frankrobbn1: 11:21am On Aug 09, 2018 |
pchilaka: Whichever one is good! You can say you got the offer after you submitted your application. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by Biakwa: 11:23am On Aug 09, 2018 |
Beeholar18: Brother, Definitely something is wrong poo, June without biometric. Please recheck what you submitted and start sending mails. But did you do your application yourself, have you been tracking the application? |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by Kishkosh: 11:24am On Aug 09, 2018 |
Frankrobbn1: Mr Frankrobbn1, mcobex and jnyuwa02 pls, going by the trend of applications you've come across. After 'UPFRONT' medicals has been updated, how long does it take for them to determine one's eligibility? My eligibility started yesterday and I'm kinda curious and anxious 1 Like |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by Frankrobbn1: 11:30am On Aug 09, 2018 |
Kishkosh: Hello Kishkosh, If this were to be an online application, it doesn't take much for a decision to be made on an applicant application, this happens within 2hrs-72hrs. On the contrary if paper application, when an upfront medical has been updated as passed, it takes some couple of weeks for a decision to be made. So be hopeful! 1 Like |

Hi guys, I tried applying for my GCMS note,I was only taken to the payment where I inputted my card details and my mail address. No information again from the site. Is this ok please? |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by Frankrobbn1: 11:45am On Aug 09, 2018 |
Awake18: Hello, After successful completion of payment. Did you receive any correspondence email that came with an attachment (consent form)? If yes, you're on the right track. Fill the consent form using the updated acrobat adobe reader. Thereafter you print out the form, sign with a blue ink pen, scan and resend it back to them. All the best |
