You are correct in your own way though.

But consider those buying volumes. A good friend of mine in this forum sold almost 40m units of fidelity in January. Such individuals buy volumes and possess the patience of crocs when in a trade.

Now if prices drop to their loading points, do you think you would see such volumes to buy after they have all loaded their fill?

You are making a great point!
The people they sold to at January price will not come and be dumping it at a third of the price! For what? Some of the dumping we are experiencing now are suspicious.

u may be right in a way but it also depend on strategy to use. Eg, if he has more than one account then 40m is even small to what he can get.

He sold fide at almost N4/unit and is trigger ready to load again N1 if he can. Wise guy that i admire alot.

My point is this. He sold ~40m units at ~N4/unit. He is set to buy again at N1/unit which might go up to N1.5 or more depending on how prices fall/climb.

If he succeeds in his quest, his holdings will be ~ times 4 of his original holding. Remember that Fidelity's outstanding shares has not changed. If everybody who love Fidelity should aim at increasing their holding by dec/jan/feb in likewise manner, my brother thats the bull you should be waiting for.

Going by the preaching here, you should be selling by then. NOT BUYING.

PETERiCHY:
FOOD 4 THOUGHT

A man spends his whole life chasing money, mostly not for his own needs but for that of his immediate family.

The wife works quite alright but there is an unwritten law that says he must provide all her needs because he is a "man", so he saves up and the first car he buys he gives to his wife because "she's a woman, she shouldn't be stressed up" he can still jump buses till he affords to buy another car.

The house rent gets due and he is short of 50k so his wife adds up from her savings and they pay. Two months into the renewal of the rent the wife starts nagging about how she really needs her 50k, there are things she needs to do, most of which are all superfluous. He pays her back her 50k that she contributed to the good of the same family.

His wife isn't very good at driving so he comes home to see she has bashed in the right door of her car. "I'm a little pressed for money dear, I won't be able to fix that anytime soon, do you have some money to spare?" She says she doesn't so the car gets parked for a month or two in which his eardrums were nearly perforated with nagging and complains.

She's pregnant! Yay! the first child is here, it's a girl. That brings it's own responsibilities. The wife's family came to visit to congratulate them and when they leave, another unwritten law says that as a "man" you should give them money for transport

The Man's own family comes too and the same unwritten law is applied.

They get more children and have to move to a bigger house which requires bigger money for rent. And with children expenses don't decrease as they grow older it increases.

One day you wake up and you are 65years old realizing you've done absolutely nothing for yourself as a man but slaved to satisfy others, most of which aren't even grateful for the sacrifice.

One of the best things i have read this year.

Thanks Peter.

But at the said bonanza time, when the bulls should have shown face, do you think he would find the said 40mil times 4 units to buy. He would be lucky to get 2million units per day. Just imagine that "I told you gang" "mattress gang" "village gang" and their like, all come out at the same time.

We are saying the same thing bro.

Somebody says the election will bring about a bonanza in shares availability at cheap prices when outstanding shares has not changed forgetting that people have interest in those same shares.

Let me see those prices first. If i wont take all the available loans within my reach to purchase everything buyable.

@Cadillac15, you are a good resource person to this forum and I cherished your companion. But it always make me sad when I see forum members trading words against each other. I personally believe in "watching each others back" and derives more joy when we live in perfect harmony. Life is too simple more than we are taking it please. Even if someone says something that does not define who you are, simply ignore it, instead of talking back to generate more controversies.

Have a nice weekend.

Positive divergence on d daily

- mkts can fall or rise on very low volume wh can create divergences
- its good to see some positive divergence using the RSI on d daily charts
- some are more reliable dan others , weekly charts carry more weight dan daily (IMO)

What is +ve Div?
A positive / bullish divergence occurs when prices fall to a new low while an oscillator fails to reach a new low. This situation demonstrates that bears are losing power, and that bulls are ready to control the market again—often a bullish divergence marks the end of a downtrend.

All these theory shaaa. Una do well oooo.

When am ready to buy, someone will definitely sell to me (Either the person will sell at a profit or at a loss).

Let me not say more on whom will sell to me before forum members will think am here to throw stone. Zenith once refused to go below N25 and today is readily available at N22.

I don't intend to buy at the lowest of the low, just the price levels that will make me sleep well at night (considering how the country also take be).

And if I miss, say Dangote Flour, Dangote Sugar will be there! Even Skye Bank made better returns this year than Access Bank. When the time is right for me, I will buy and still make my profit. People can start loading Zenith today, after all there's every likelihood that it will trade pass N30 (and that's over 35% PAF) but current prices cannot guarantee that I will buy and look the other way.

Over 500m units of Diamond once became available at N1 and nobody saw that coming. Anything is possible in this our NSE.

#Keyword, am not after the lowest level.

And all in all, if I don't make profit in 2019, there's still 2020 and beyond (Provided I am alive and my capital intact).

Let me get back to my duty post. I want to win employee of the month (as NSE no gree pay).
