Good day guys, last time i promised to get to abuja and get to the embassy and force my way abt this appointment stuff, i dnt knw hu deleted it.
Anyways, am in Abj now, we fought until the rain came, the consulate heard our voice and knew we came, he said we can come tomorrow or next bcuz today was horrible due to the break last week, 300+ ppl in there.
We without appointments were screened off, with many battling with few days to e-visa expiration. Now, here are some news i brought as promised;
1. Please it is not advisable to send WhatsApp appointments more than once.
2. If you feel like you have sent the appointment and is atleast more than 2weeks, ur best guess will be to go tje embassy and meet them.
3. Thou i didnt confirm, a guy got e-visa to dubai today and according to the policy that came with it, no need of going to Embassy, get the printout and travel.
Thats all i have for today, we shall proceed for tmao, please wish us luck.

To get a Skilled Job, you need to be employed using your attested Degree Certificate. but all other Unskilled Job do not require a Degree.

No it’s not a must but it is advisable to Attest them before coming.

Latest UAE Visa Rules which seems little tougher but protected being framed by Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (FAIC) for job seekers who are entering UAE on visit or tourist visa and later looking for Employment visa or willing to work in UAE.




Major changes in UAE New Visa Rules:

ü Job seekers may get 3 to 6 months UAE visa.
ü Security deposit system for visit visa, tourist visa and Job seeker visa.
ü Strict actions will be taken against UAE residency law violators.
ü Home country embassies urged to bear cost of air tickets for their citizens.
ü To locate violators, ministry will regularly inspect workers accommodation, farmhouses and work places.
ü Sponsor or businessman will be fined 50,000 AED for each person, if they hire the undocumented worker.
ü A sponsor or businessman who repeats the above violation, the fine will be doubled to 100,000 AED for each worker and the worker will also be deported from UAE.
ü Ministry Fast-track dispute centre will resolve complaints of both parties (employer and worker) within 48 hours. If still the issue remains unsolved, the case will be sent forward to competent courts.



UAE New Visit Visa Rules:

There is no doubt that this time UAE has planned tougher rules on issuing visit, tourist or 6 months job seekers visa because most of the UAE residency law violators, who are applying for ongoing UAE Visa Amnesty scheme, entered UAE on Visit or Tourist Visas, but on other side it will secure and protect UAE residency law.

Some people who entered UAE on visit and tourist visas are violating UAE residency law by overstaying in the country, officials also found many who were working illegally on visit visas from months and years.

Our advice for everyone to exit the country before the expiration of your visa, so you can enter UAE again without any problem.



When New UAE Visa Rules will start?

As per Dr Yousef Al Sherif, who is the legal advisor at Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, said UAE updated visa rules will start after completing ongoing Amnesty scheme which will end on 31st October 2018, after that violators will be given hefty fines along with tougher punishments which can lead to permanent deport from UAE.

I got a skilled job without attestation. The issue is they wrote sales on my visa which is different from my position in the company. Since it does not affect my salary or sponsoring my family visa, i no get any issue with that

Anybody traveling to Abu Dhabi from lagos tomorrow?

Don't be scam to.pay someone visa fee of 350k, the normal price of visa is not up to 100k as of Dubai government, but based on the expensive of Dubai at worst an agent should not charge u more than 250k. If any agent ask of 300 and above I think u have to think it twice bcoz Dubai is not worth paying such money to an agent..... All pictures uploaded by ur frds on social media about Dubai is as a result of the money u paid for 3 month visa. Even most of ur so called agents hardly earn 150k per month.. Don't be decived

Please who knows the the actual reason why visa is being delayed. I applied for visa for family . Only 2 people’s visa has been approved . We have postponed flight .. we don’t want to do this again as it is not cost effective
