Pls someone should take out time to watch Sylvester Igboun of fc Ufa. This guy is one of d most consistent Nigerian player in Europe in d last 3seasons. Why is no one is looking at his direction but instead we are busy begging some FB that only consider us as second option.
Sly was in SE under Oliseh I think. But we fans wan kii d guy with bad mouth. Truth Oliseh kept using him cos d guy get big tank no be small. Huzzles every ball. Always full of running. Don't think it will be possible for him again this time. Unless he continues doing the unthinkable in his club.

For UFA, he has been playing on the left throughout this season. That has been his main position.

Last season, he only played as an attacking midfielder in one game. He played mainly as a center forward or on the left. That explains the goal return.

In 3 years, Igboun has played the Attacking Midfield role 2 times.

Okay I agree with you

But it's better to invite such constitent player than to invite a team b player

But that is NPFL standard naa. Na so all there jerseys poor too.

Igboun is playing on the left for his club..

These are the options that already can play on the left for Nigeria.

Iwobi
Etebo
Musa
S.Moses
Onyekuru
Kalu
Isaac Success
Bonaventure

It is a competitive position.

Bonaventure is yet to be capped bro so please remove him there

Putting bonaventure there is just like putting an uncapped player there, bonaventure has never been called up okay

Samuel kalu plays from the right

And besides those player you mentioned they play others wing, don't make it look like they are all fighting for that wing

Igboun has more cap than Isaac success at the moment

I am simply highlighting the competitiveness of the position, not counting caps.

I find it highly. Misleading in the first instance and quite offensive too. It's the same bigoted mindset that breads tribalism and other associated ills in our beloved country.

And I feel it has to be corrected strongly.

Former Super Eagles defender Taribo West has praised the growth of defender William Troost-Ekong following his move to Italy, where he has become a regular at Serie A side Udinese.

Ekong joined Udinese from Turkish side Bursaspor two weeks ago and he has played in their last two games with his performances drawing him praises for the way he has settled down to the demands of Italian football.

West who played for Inter-Milan and later AC Milan in Italy said Ekong has matured superbly the past two years, something he expected on loan Chelsea defender Kenneth Omeruo to achieve when he broke into the national team in 2013.

” The way Ekong has progressed is impressive. It shows he is learning very quick. Playing regularly in the Serie A is not an easy feat. Let us hope he continue to progress because it will benefit the Super Eagles more “, West told Owngoalnigeria.com.

” I think we expected so much from Omeruo when he first came to the team and one would have thought his career will progress like what Ekong is having now. Omeruo still has age on his side despite the slow growth”.

Ekong is doing well. Wonder what his rating would be like in PES 19. Might be a beast.

Seyi Ojo joins Reims on loan. Would u rather he left for a championship club than a relegation fighting team in the ligue 1?

I don't know why you like bringing people down. You know what I mean.

How can Reims who is occupying the sixth position in the Ligue 1 be fighting relegation?
