ckenneths:Good to see Ebonyi on a frontal developmental surge. For long, they were on the backwaters of development and the butt of jokes with the negative and almost condescending profiling that goes with it. A developed and raging Ebonyi is huge leap for greater Igboland. They are easily the food basket of the east and also has the largest deposits of solid minerals by far. Should NIGERCEM be resuscitated in a few years to complement all these developments here and there,we may have another jewel in our hands. A massive win-win for Igbos in general. I was also informed by my younger sister who once visited their University teaching hospital/Federal Medical Center that they have one of the best government owned equipped and ambient health facility she has ever seen. Spyder if you come across it,kindly snap and showcase. Bravo! May your lenses never grow dim sir. 8 Likes 1 Share |

You've done it again Spyder! I have to admit, Umahi has won me over! I'm so fuc'king impressed with all his doing with limited funds! You know Ebonyi receives one of the least from the federation account, yet we're being regalled with all these projects!? I'm happy for Ebonyians! 4 Likes |

ckenneths: I love Malls that are one or two storey high. I HATE Bungalow malls. I love this Abakaliki Mall already. It might turn out to even beat Polo Park Mall, Enugu! Dave Umahi does everything with a touch of class and quality. Which many SE governors sadly lack. 7 Likes 1 Share |

ckenneths: The strategy of building these types of road with concrete is excellent. These are roads often forgotten by government. So, it's good they are built with concrete to last a long time after construction. Even without gutters, concrete roads will still last a long time. I saw the road to Ugwulangwu being paved. Mehn, you guys have no idea how people suffered on that road in the past. I experienced it once, and my best friend from there knew i would never visit his hometown again . Now i can go back there because the roads are finally fixed. Thanks a lot Dave Umahi! 5 Likes 1 Share |

Re: . by BeijinDossier: 12:53pm On Aug 31, 2018 |
hehehehe..why are you a dumb illiterate. Is there anything like borrowing secretly? Now look at the whole debt as I analyzed them. Show us what our Enugu state did with 105 billion. Show us please Ogbuefi2020: Enugu state debt profile internal and external: External debt= $127,900,000x360(dollar exchange rate) = N46,044,000,000 Internal debt= N59,000,000,000 Enugu state Total debt profile as at August 2018= N105,044,000,000 BILLION |

PauloNSK:The truth is that this is a faceless forum and sycophants would do whatever they can to ride on the pan-Igbo enlightenment going on here. All they cab do is to try to bring division here but you got to be sensible to smell these things from afar. Biko calm down Sir no mind them. I wish this stuff had an admin that can kick out people at slightest prov. |

OreMI22: True dat! The other governors (ex) that equally paid attention to class and style were Dr Opkara, Dee Mbakwe and Chime! Could have included Rochas as well, but the quality of some of his jobs leaves a lot to be desired! Compare Umahis' jobs with those ugly 60s looking buildings his predecessor put up as the state secretariat! I never liked those buildings which always remind me of the old faculty of social sciences at UNN! Elechi could have built three or four imposing multi-storied buildings (like Diete-Spiff did in Port Harcourt) instead of all those multitude of low-rise ones... they could have been more appealing to the eyes as well as well as left more land for landscaping and parks! 1 Like |

So dumb no wonder Enugu state is still backward while its mates like Rivers and Cross River has since left it in the dustbin. Are you the only state that has done urban renewal? Now show us the heavy infrastructural development, network of flyover interchange, power plant, industrial complexes etc. what did our enugu state do with a whopping 105 billion naira. Show us please. lol Ogbuefi2020: 1 Like |

States like Akwaibom borrowed and we are seeing it in their infrastructures, airport, stadium, network of flyover interchanges etc. Did enugu build airport or power plant or even industries? 2 Likes |
