@rotecch77, what about a situation where the burglary bars and windows are in a unit i.e together?

In this case you can installed the window then do the plastering/ window dressing, that is if there is proper monitoring of the bricklayer.

also you can do both in and out plastering without windows edges dressing then install your window and do the window edges at the same time .

What is size of the galvanized pipes?

Kai not sure again. Think it was 3inch pipe or so. The tank is just 200 gallons

Where did they cast?

The legs into the ground with rich concrete. More stone and granite and deep enough

I would always do pvc then plastering so that bricklayer can cover any cracks left by pvc installation and some of these can be quite significant and also to seal the edges to limit access to rodents and insects.

Barryton:

I so much appreciate this sir.
Which should come first between ceiling(POP/PVC) & plastering?

Height & thickness are major factors determining cost.
But how many rooms or flat?
Will 200 gallons not be too small? is that up to 1000litres?

Hello House,
I want to remove my property's Aluminium roofing so I can do a slab/decking as per a new building plan. I plan to reuse the aluminium roofing when the upper floor is done. Please, I want to know if I can reuse the aluminium roofing before I remove it. Thanks

For one 3 bedroom flat. I pump water every 4 or 5days from the main 1000gallons. At least there is phcn to do that and I don't have idle water in the tank, less algae risk

Aluminium roof can be reused if you do these things

1. Get a good roofer to carefully remove the roofs, treat the holes by straightening the nail line.
2. Store it properly where winds cannot lift them
3. Reinstall them carefully, making sure the part with nail holes stay under as before.

But the most important thing is to make sure that before you add another decking, a professional will take a look at the house to see if it can bear the weight of the planned decking and upper floor.
