Ysakaws: These things can come back to harm you a million folds! For instance, when you have finished winning Presidential election, such issues will rear their ugly head and you may live in regret and wonder why you made such a mistake in your past. Welcome to the Digital age where according to former a FBI Directors warning '... "absolute privacy" does not exist ...'. You are very visible behind that keyboard. I advise you reverse this intended seemingly easy path to nowhere and take the honest and hard route which leads somewhere because "everything matters". Such will make things more difficult for others in the near future, trust more elusive, and leave us wondering why everything has to be extra hard. 10 Likes |

You’re asking if it’s okay to misrepresent facts, impersonate and submit false/forged documentation? No we do not advise you to do this. Ysakaws: 2 Likes 1 Share |

People please is there any penalty from the VO for typographical errors in someone's SOP. I submitted my SOP but somehow I had cause to go back to it only to find that one of the dates I refrenced in the letter stated 2108 instead of 2018. Also, I noticed same mistake in the sponosr's letter of support, he wrote "inthis" instead of "in this", please is there a way for me to correct these mistakes. |

https://www.nairaland.com/post/70905730 I guess your school has a website you can contact your department with. I also believe you have course mates that were Ghanians who can help you contact a lecturer. If na common reference you wan begin dabo what will happen to your visa application proper then? Be wise. 3 Likes |

Ysakaws: You are planning on deceiving the school. That means that all your application will begin based on a fabrication. Note that the schools have their own way of confirmation which you won't ve privy to. You don't need any advice. Do whatever you feel is the right thing! 6 Likes 1 Share |

Ysakaws: Never do this. You will be caught and flagged. This is misrepresentation. This is an age where digital footprints can be easily traced. You don't want to live in regret forever. There must be one of your lecturers you can link up with via social media. You probably need one academic person to refrence you while you can look of others who can attest to your suitability for the proposed degree. Your present and past employers can help and if you don't have, you can come clean to the admission officer and this may be waived for you or you can be asked for alternative supportive evidence of your suitability. Don't lie else, you will continue to lie until you are caught. Life is worth more than that! 2 Likes |

Biko, is this true? Students must complete 6 months of studies in Canada to invite family or friends. Applications are typically denied by Canadian officials when students are unable to prove that they have been registered for 6 months of studies. Any thoughts?? 1 Like |

joe10:well, I think some schools have a way of relieving students on the burden of full payment at ones depending on some criterion. for example, there is an installment tuition payment plan for students who are on scholarship, grants or have a steady source of income. you may be required to provide the evidence of a steady source of income in Canada alongside an application, if the source is verified to be true you will be approved to pay your tuition on installment basis and extend the deadline for you. so you may want to check with the financial accounting administrative section to see if you have such an option... Ysakaws: The administrator of this forum should not condone this kind of fraud here. Nairaland post discussion is accessible to the public including the spies working for embassies as well. This kind of post does not portray this forum and Nigerians a good image at all. INFACT, THIS PERSON OUGHT TO HAVE BEEN BANNED. 4 Likes |

emeify:there is no specified time in months, but you should be able to show that you're a registered full-time international student. you can get a document stating that you're a registered student from the registrar's office (enrolment letter) or departmental office or combine both. But it is advisable to have completed at least a semester so as to show that you have integrity and your grades as well might speak volume for you. There may be a better answer, this is just my suggestion and the information I gathered from people who have really done it and was successful... Ire o 2 Likes |

yemupz:yemupz, I have been so busy lately. Hence, my late reply. No online application is processed at Accra. I believe you got a biometrics letter from them, which made you think so. Hopefully when you secure your TRV, your visa counterfoil will be issued by London or Lagos or probably when your application exceeds the normal processing times and you send a CSE to Accra. They will redirect you to send a mail to London, as they aren't the one processing your visa. Then, you will understand! The info concerning where paper route applications are handled were gotten in and out side of this window. Throughout last year and at the beginning of this year, majority of the paper applications were all treated by Accra(both online and paper route), which was lately transferred to Nairobi as at February/March this year for paper route. |
