i say this unapologetically that before Nigeria will really do anything technology worth exporting would take at least 15 years or more especially now most Nigerian youth hv gone into yahoo!! So it’s even unrealistic to say that,, weed is a natural resource!! If we choose not to export weed we will still import technology n loose out from the fund that comes from exporting weed!!
