He failed to make it in belgium ? which is a better league from belgium and turkey?

He is a bench warmer in turkey? Try and get your fact right

Ekong was on bench for 90 minutes for 2 bursaspor games then the following game he was subbed in,then he started the following game,so how is he a bench warmer? is that how you judge a bench warmer? even if you hate a player please speak the truth.

Even if ekong didnt make it at tottenham doesnt mean he is a bad player,so many player didnt make it at the first team but they ended up at big club.

Now ekong is in udinese and in the starting 11 always.

Pray omeruo makes leganes team, omeruo that all turkey club has refused to buy.

Stop disgracing your self by saying ekong is a bench warmer at turkey, try and get the meaning of bench warmer, someone was on the bench for 3 games makes him a bench warmer?

Chief i am dissapointed in how you judge football,i taught you know more things.

Someone started 26 turkey league games in the 30 he was available for and someone is calling him a bench warmer.

You cant hide your hate

My brother, the Ekong/Omeruo debate aside I've noticed something. The way some Nigerians watch/analyze football ehn, chai!!! It is terrible!

My broda i swear

Look at the way the guy talk about the guy self, calling him a bench warmer at bursaspor because he was at the bench for just 3 league games last season? Someone made 26 start scored 2 goals from the defence and someone is calling him a bench warmer?

Ekong was available for 30 games he played 27 started 26 then was subbed in from the bench in 1 game and was on the bench for about 2 or 3 games then someone here has already called him a bench warmer over there?

Is udinese not a better club than bursaspor? is italy not a better league than turkey? udinese signed him on a 4 year deal.

The guy is saying he could not make it at tottenham, how many tottenham players have made it from the youth team? harry kane has been loaned alot of them,he was lucky to be given a chance to proove him self.

I am not in for the omeruo or ekong debate but i am just saying what i know.

Omeruo should be signed permanent or are those clubs he plays for on loan are they refusing to sign him?

Omeruo's development has stalled a long time ago honestly. Maybe he'll bounce back at leganes. Maybe.

Gernot Rohr calls up four NPFL players for Nigeria-Liberia friendly:

M. UDOH

A. OLAMILEKAN

S. ADETUNJI

E. DURU

AFRICAN ALL STARS
The Super Eagles gaffer has extended invites to few home-based players for the warm-up clash against Thomas Kojo’s side

Ebube Duru, Mfon Udoh, Olamilekan Adeleye and Sunday Adetunji have all been called up for Nigeria’s international friendly against Liberia on Tuesday, September 11.

Gernot Rohr opted to offer the Nigeria Professional Football League stars another opportunity to test themselves against the foreign-based players.
The new invitees will join 21 Super Eagles players on their return to Lagos from Victoria, where they defeated Seychelles 3-0 in Saturday's 2019 African Cup of Nations qualifying encounter.

Is African football developing or deteriorating? I can't believe some of the stadia I see on TV are actually used to host national team matches. Stadia that can't even host a league match in saner climes under such conditions. What is actually wrong? Is it that these people don't understand the reach of these matches or that they deliberately don't want to develop their stadia to be up to standard? I watched our match yesterday and I was wondering why Seychelles as a country couldn't provide one befitting stadium to host that match. If I'm to suggest, I'll say that some of these countries with berated pitches shouldn't be involved in the qualifiers or better they play in a neutral venue. CAF isn't helping at all. They should look into this issue cos with every passing day, Our football is going down and no one takes us seriously again. This is why most good foreign based players feign injury when it gets to playing all these teams with farmlands as pitches. You don't expect Sallah to play on that kind of pitch Seychelles served us yesterday. God help us pls.

Good to see him in Udinese and am happy for his progress.

Sir it's not a sin if i don't rate Ekong.

So you didn't watch Barca's last away match? Messi couldn't shoot without falling.

All that is part of gamesmanship. Why would you expect them to take Europe based players to a type of pitch they are used to?

Success played as a striker in his last competitive game though. Musa was more influential as a CF when he was at CSKA Moscow.

Danjuma, Ojo, and Lookman — Taken note

I know Isaac played as a striker against Tottenham. I saw the match. Let us see how he make do his chances in that role.

I also know Ahmed was a good CF for CSKA Moscow but he performed better for us as a LW.

As much as I love the Danjuma kid, I must say he hasn't done what no Nigerian hasn't done in the jupiler league and still got over looked so I aint gonna be surprised if Rohr messes up his chances with us. After all, Olayinka, Kalu and Dennis Bonaventure did better in their first 3wks for their respective Belgian sides, yet the hyper conservative coach didnt notice them. Imoh was a monster and Keshi bleeped his chances too

I agree. Rohr is hyper conservative coach. He can destroy the moral of our players doing well to get a call.

Without contradiction l agree, add to that Bobby Adekanya ( U20) however, considering we have far from outstanding B players in the SE then Bobby is within his rights to expect a call for the SE.

Right from the unset till date. Bobby Adekanye will choose Nigeria over Holland. I know that but he is not eligible to play for Nigeria U20 team because he has played for Holland U17 team in a competitive match after he was snubbed by Amunike.

I think he has to either break into Liverpool's bench or play in a decent league before he can be considered.

I know he is a good player.
