this shit happened to me in ShopRite at the Palms mall Lekki.mine was a small bottle of perfume and was the size of my Nokia torchlight. I had just finished receiving a call and instead of pocketing the phone, I absent mindedly pocketed the perfume. I was about leaving when the security accosted me and said CCTV caught me shoplifting. I was like "me?" How when? Only for him to check me and lo and behold, they the shit was. I was embarrassed in their backroom. Slaps from different angles, was made to write a statement after which the police men at the gate were called to arrest me. . Those bastards gave me another round of slaps in the security post and pepper sprayed me. Finally gave my sis number for them to call and she came with her boyfriend to bail me. I was not myself for days. Was working at the mall then too and that mistake cost me my job at the mall. I used to work in MAX FASHION then. That was in 2016. I still avoid my former colleagues whenever I go there to buy stuff cos I doubt they believed it was not intentional.

One rainy Saturday afternoon, went to Computer village Ikeja to buy a projector pointer. Entered one shop to price it, and came out few minutes later because the price no gel. It wasn’t until I got to next shop which was more than 10 blocks away that i realized I was holding something. Lo and behold I was holding a phone which wasn’t mine. I stood for few minutes scratching my head and trying to remember how the phone magically appeared in my hands. Just then a call came in, it was the shop attendant of the previous shop “Oga na my phone you carry o”.
Walked back in the rain to return it, see explanations when I got there. The guy was just glad he got his precious phone back, and I left there feeling a little ashamed of myself.

lemme say when i was picking beans from one bowl to another,i then got carried away watching film,so i started picking the beans back into the initial bowl for a couple of minutes....LOL

I remember when I mistakenly wore bathroom slippers to receive lectures while in the university because I was running late. For the male folks, it may not be a big deal but it's a great deal for us as females.

Another one was when I bought #3,000 meat in addition to things to prepare soup. After resting very well to start cooking around 7:00pm, I realized that I didn't collect the meat I paid for. I had to postpone my cooking to the next day.

In situations like that, I don’t believe there is a right or wrong way par se. you could have used N100 credit to call instead and spent the rest on feeding, well its the thought/gesture that is important.

Any nigeria guy that has a girlfriend like you, would be a mumu to let her go. I personally would never allow you to do things for me that would afftect you too much in terms of opportunity cost but the thought/gesture is very heart warming though, try not to lose that side of you; no matter what.

I decided to join the lastma, police and other people trying to create a way for other vehicles to move on. I just dey shout, order, bark instructions like say na me be IG so tey I dey see some kind of respect from the lastma guys set. Along the drama I think I saw some people beckoning at me but I waved to them as if they were my fans but after almost 3mins I realised I don wave goodbye to the vehicle I boarded.

Exactly. many would say it doesn't matter stressing that English is not our mother-tongue. but little do they know that these things are basic English concord anyone who saw the four walls of school should know.
