Do your have pcos.cos high testosterone is predominant among pcos and hairy women.

I read somewhere that omega -3 fatty acid reduces excessive testosterone in women.

My dear sister,we shouldn't treat fertility like this.Go and register in a hospital and allow a doctor take charge.....telling you tests to take,don't waste your time,don't run tests or take medications without doctor's prescription. I take God beg you. Talking from experience

thank you for the advice, I took the steps BC I saw ppl getting results while taking some tablets or herbs on their own. I was just thinking since no infection or risk of fibroid maybe I should check if am having hormonal imbalance, run d test BC b4 tieing d knots wt hubby fully I met a gyno wen I cudnt get preggy in some months, she works at isolo gen hospital , ran many tests like hsg, hormone profile ,infection ,al came out good ,though gave me some drugs for infection. afta d wedding hubby traveled for biz for some months came bk I took in but miscarry out of carelessness DAT month, so have bin on this jony since then. so am asking if running d prolactin just oda mamas isn't bad for me?

I have been reading through this page and observing and felt that it is my time to write and contribute.

I recently just got married and haven’t really been ttc, let me just say it was only last month I did close to my ovulation about 2 days before and maybe in the 5 months we got married, like a month or so but we weren’t ttc at all.

My problem here is I had ovarian cysts 2 years ago but I don’t think it was anything serious as my period was still very regular and still etc... Fast forward, they said endotriomas but I should just try for children naturally since I don’t have the symptoms and my period is very regular. The other issue is my husband did his spermicide analysis 3 months ago and it came back as low sperm count but no shaking since we had to up our diet and this Fertil M.

I really do not want to any laparoscopy or surgery yet because I believe people can conceive naturally with endometriosis and even low sperm count.

Please any advice here or success stories.

sorry ma cos I don't HV any success story to tell but I'll advice to start a good diet, enjoy your husband, pray to God and leave God to do the rest. however, you can get a professional advice on the matter. loads of baby dust to you.

@ladyp30,have you tried cabergoline?Also,don't stimulate the breasts again. Your hubby should not suck or squeeze and you also should. Take the medications for 6 months,track ovulation and baby dance while doing so.Test for prolactin again after 6 months.Also,do you ovulate despite the wet breasts?

princess100, u dnt hv irregular periods. Irregular periods can min seein it 2wce a month or not seein it again 4 3 months and so in. Kip in2 consideratn dt dre r different dates in a month. 4 instance Feb is 28 days. Sum 30, 31. Dese can change dates of ur cycle. Den stress, diet and ill health can also affect it bt as far as it coms evry month wit a difference of a day or 2 dosnt min u hv irregular periods. Sumtyms periods can delay if a pregnancy tried 2 occur bt it dint work out due to sum factors. Low progesterone, sperm or just d body nt ready. Stress can also delay periods. U can run a full hormonal profile jst 2 b sure u hv covad dt area. Best of luck and baby dust

Its nt evn gud 2 get preggy wit infection. Dnt no if its true bt red sumwre it might affect d baby. U shud try 2 clear ur system b4 gettin preggy. A family frend of mine gt preggy wit fibroid and she's going tru hell @ d moment. Always in pain & bed rest. Its advisable 2 try ur best 2 do away wit such tins bt in d end God is d giver and decides wen 2 bless u

Rest your mind mama, although it's good to keep the body calm during the implantation process. Stop beating yourself over what you can't reverse.
For now try and keep ur body and mind calm, rest more, take the right fruits and vegetables, avoid spicy and hot food like pepper soup, suya, sugary foods. By God's grace your bfp will be announced very soon. Baby dust to all our fruitful mamas.

Good afternoon my fruitful sisters!
I went to Lab for follicular tracking as I intended but the Lab Scientist advised me that it's better to do hormonal profile to check my hormones before deciding to track my follicles. He said that some people do jump into tracking without knowing the state of their hormones and if done, sometimes the egg may not be seen and d person has already spent money for d tracking. U can only know ur ovarian reserve through d hormonal profile. He advised dat if the hormones are checked and found in order, then I can now track my follicles. He said if I still intend to do d tracking, he can do it for me but it's better he explains everything in details 4 me. He said he charges 2k for each tracking. The hormonal profile cost 10k for two times ie during d menstrual period and after ovulation and Hsg costs 13k. He said if am to check my hormones, I should come on CD18 and CD2 as am having a 25days cycles(though i use to calculate it as 26days oo not knowing i've been miscalculating it since). The man asked me whether i would make payment today or come on d said CD18 wt d money, I told him am not with such amount. As we finished d discussion, I jejely carry my humble sef out of d place. I don really waka tire because of TTC. See me wey don budget 2k for d tracking na him I come dey hear 10k . Hmmmmm! Where u see d money. E no easy ooo! Just getting tired of everything sef
