I rated Success even higher than Iheanacho. Those that saw him play at that CAF U17 would have no doubt the boy was going to be a "world beater". Well, it is not looking like he'll get near that Eto'o status.

Youth football is only indicative more so with U17 and it's very far from conclusive a lot of development required to bring potential ability into top class talent.

De dere dey deceive yaself. grin

Non of our current players in the national team is fit to wear Chelsea reserve team jersey not to talk of U23 team jersey. grin

Abeg, respect Vicmo wey still dey Chelsea first team. Even Fabregas dey chop bench for stands. grin

That's probably true.

Is there anything wrong with my reasoning?

In reality we do not have one player that will walk into the Chelsea first team or even get on the bench.

Our esteemed Omeruo was relegated to training with the U18 not even the U23. That's how much regard they have for him.

Good evening. They played a 4-3-3. No recognized 10. No worry about the "space" behind the striker.
Busquets in the screenshot there is positioned much deeper, just in front of the backline

Modified: Again, the formation I forwarded previously. If the 3 players are to feature.

Simon---Musa--Kalu

-----Iwobi--Etebo--

--------Mikel-----

Idowu-Balogun-Ekong-Ajayi

There has to be a ball winner in the midfield 3. Ndidi starts over Etebo for me. Mikel has lost his legs so needs an aggressive ball winner next to him.

I biased and selfish with regards to.my preference for Morocco. Logistically much easier for me I would actually come down for tournament, indeed would drive down its not too far from England.

You didn't drive down to watch the Super Eagles play in Wembley it is now to drive from North to South of Europe and cross the Mediterranean Sea or you intend driving through Italy, Greece and Turkey and then the Sinai peninsula in Egypt to access Morocco? Or which route do you intend taking?

Bros take am easy o.

I was in Wembley that day, with a few former international and I saw one of those Afrobeat musicians Kaycee as well.

So don't know where you got that idea from.

With regards to driving to Morocco from England it's about 1500 miles can be done in 24 hrs.

See YouTube video diaries below one guy did it on one tank of petrol admittedly it was a hybrid Mercedes-Benz.

I agree with you.

However, Ndidi is great at tackling but his interceptions need to be better, then underpinned with better ball distribution and defence splitting passes and through balls.

Then his pedigree will be truly TOP NOTCH and the Barcelona's and Man U will come calling. That's the next step for him.

He should enjoy his retirement in peace. We do not need him anymore in the Team. We've got better replacements for him, hence he should concentrate on his Club Career.

Wish him best of Luck!

Can you tell me in the plural who these players are that are better than him.

Because unless you are being prejudiced I dont know one player who is better than him CURRENTLY.

Or one player we have that can make the Chelsea team or even thier reserve team. Or do you

Do you use a club to determine a player's quality?

The truth is that Vicmo is playing shit and if he leaves Chelsea no club in the top half of the table is willing to buy him, the next destination is Turkey

So spare me the B. S about Chelsea and remember that shit players have always graced the Chelsea bench

In response to your assertion regarding the Super Eagles player breaking into Chelsea's first team, I want to put it to you that we do have a couple of them.

1. Ndidi can fit in there pretty good.
2. Aina is a young lad and has played for the blues as well.

Try to get your facts right next time bro.

Cheers!

I later saw the game and Yes Spain played 4-3-3 with Busquests as the box to box midfielder and no recognized 10 behind the striker.

On your Nigeria formation, when was the last time Mikel played DM? If Mikel is available he will definitely play a more advanced role than the DM.

Now on Etebor and Iwobi I hope you are not implying where u positioned them are RMF and LMF like u proposed earlier? Because what u have there look more like two CMs.

I'm not really moved by the fact Mikel has not played DM for a while in the GWG. That is where I'll play him anyday. And also considering the 3 players you mentioned,Mikel goes to DM.

For the midfielders,I'll make them CMF as opposed to the LMF and RMF I stated earlier. Box-to-Box midfielders are actually a rarity so it's not absolutely necessary to have them in a team. If we must Etebo can do that excellently.

Edi247:
Komekn has highlighted the exact reasons Etebo gets the nod ahead of Ndidi in that formation: His distribution and mobility offensively.

Look at that offside deception before Uzoho made the last save.

Two players placed themselves offside to deceive the opposite players but as soon as the ball was played they ran onside while one ran out of offside to force a save.

Well, I may have been wrong about the Wembley game. But I think it was the Serbia game at Bernet you said u couldn't attend.

Well, to the Journey, I hope u understand the logistics involved in crossing the strait of Dover from England to Holland and the Strait of Gibraltar from Spain to Morocco? Driving from the Coast of Holland to the Coast of Spain may not pose any major challenge.

That man in that documentary is obviously on a sponsored mission and must have gotten all necessary documentations and permits sorted out for him to cross those straits especially the Strait of Gibraltar.

If u are ready to undergo the challenges, good Luck to you on the Road Journey. Else just book your flight jeje and come to Africa.

Uzoho has come of age. I wish our other young goalkeepers would follow suit. I have this feeling he would help Elche back to Laliga this season, ahead of his parent club.

Well, as you said, that is where YOU will play Mikel.
Sometimes we need to clarify if it is what we are predicting Rohr will set up or what we will set up if we were in charge. Good you clarified that

Okay. Cool. No P. If we're talking of Rohr's probable lineup having those 3 players in mind then taking the last formation against Seychelles. Kalu starts on the right,Simon will sub him later on. Mikel will start in Onazi's place in holding midfield. Iwobi will start from the bench to sub Iheanacho or Musa. Ighalo will start as the CF.

On Mikel if I may. Mikel gives so much more from s deeplying role. The interceptions, passing range, ball distribution, ball control & midfield marshalling is awesome. We lose most of that with him playing in a more advanced role. That's why anyday/anytime he's my deeplying playmaker.
Just on a sidenote.

If Aina never gets to play for Chelsea, its not because he isn't good enough... Chelsea just don't promote their academy graduates to their first team.. They don't believe in giving youth a chance. that's why they have 40 players out on loan
