I mistakenly cooked more meat than I needed. I didn’t realize my egusi wasn’t going to be enough but I was lazy to remedy it. At least no one complained

EXCEPT

egusi with water made by my grandmother. She has perfected that one. She makes it with uziza and ukazi leaves and smoked cat fish. It’s amazing
