Best method that worked for me without issues, boot your device to device to edl mode and flash, make sure you don't select clean and lock..i bought my device with china, i had "cust" issues using global recovery rom and fastboot rom in fastboot mode...use fastboot rom and boot to edl mode,flash and dont select clean and lock..... very important.

Personally i hate the notch, secondly i hate 625, the note 5 ai is better all rounder... Why not get the 5 plus or the note 5 ai... Both of which i have on ground global version and no rom issue .... You can chat me up on 070three1080two87
