This is APC's 3rd arm of subjugation to succumb and submit to their wills. Until EFCC is headquatered in the Hagues, it can never be truly independent. Fayose is one Man who is misunderstood in many ways for all the wrong reasons. It wont be a surprise if he comes out with a clean sheet and a clean bill of health.

The letter speaks volume.

The truth is EFCC are not being professional with their handling of this Fayose issue which was seen by the tweet as stated in the letter.

The Commission keeps loosing it's credibility day by day. The only files being treated are those who are anti-Buhari.

The most irritating aspect is when the president keeps ranting to international community that he's fighting corruption.

Fayose has shown he has nothing to hide. I wish every other Nigerian politician was corruptless enough to voluntarily surrender themselves for questioning immediately after leaving office.

It's such a pity the EFCC is prejudiced against him. You would think that the EFCC should be thanking him for setting such a precedent, but no, they hate him instead.

Mind you efcc isn't the court that will send him to prison or acquit him if he's innocent. Like Fayose pointed out, EFCC's action hear smacks of persecution and not prosecution which it's.

Do you presumed people to be guilty of an offense even when they have not been investigated? sometimes as a security organisation they need to stay nutral in all thier dealings. it's wrong to have put his name on watch list even when no substantial evidence has been gather against him

This for me has shown that Fayose understands the limited and provision of the constitution and he is adhering strictly. I think the EFCC should act more carefully and lawful.

EFCC the toothless bulldog that already that already failed in their statutory responsibilities with a biased approach to issues. In Naija "u are innocent ,until proven guilty by a court of competent jurisdiction" u are yet to try someone for alleged embezzlement, and already declared him guilty. Efcc is just the persecution arm of the Buhari's administration. Mr Peter Ago Fayose will play u guys like Saraki dribbled the antics of the APC morons.

My brother i can see that u have nothing to say, if someone turn himself for questioning does it mean he is scared exactly no. We talk without thinking at all coz social media made it to be so. Turning himself in for questioning isn't a crime, so why speak ill and beside am not a fan of Fayose nor PDP but let us be fair to humanity rather than speaking out of sentiment Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. I think EFCC is playing into Gayose's hand. No need to be exchanging letter since they know he enjoys immunity. They even get it wrong by putting him on watchlist, if he decides to leave the country now they cannot stop him as they only have power after 15th October, so why not wait.

EFCC charges people to court to a judge who was formerly an EFCC attorney/ prosecutor and once a case from EFCC comes to that same court, the judge dances to EFCC tune.

What a shame where the judiciary cannot even offer justice.

The EFCC and other arms of government dictates to them!

After the demise of Gani I hardly take any of them serious again!

They are ALL full of talks but no action!

Nigerian judiciary is in decay!!
