I have HP 15 4Gb ram edition and HP 250 4Gb ram edition in mind please which is better.
or do I rather go for 2nd hand laptop?
will need it for graphics designing, light video editing and light gaming(pes, football manager and Co), and programming too

Please I can't access my applications in my Hp laptop. I get an error message that says ".exe is not a valid win32 application", and the size of the applications are all zero byte. any flash drive inserted also get corrupted (it creates a duplicate folder of all the folders in the flash drive, and the duplicate folder is named application).
I really need to fix this please... I'll appreciate any help. Thanks!

This is clearly a virus issue- your system has been infected.

The only way out is to scan your laptop with an antivirus programme. If you use Windows 10, an updated Windows defender should do a good job.

However if you use Windows 7 or 8, you will need to download or install an antivirus programme to scan your PC.

There's every chance you'll loose the infected files as the virus is being taken care of.


If scanning your PC with a good and updates yields no meaningful result, a last resort will be to format your system-i.e wipe your hard drive completely and have a fresh start.

After the format, you are to install a very good antivirus programme, update it before inserting any external storage device.

A few things that could make your touchscreen non-functional:

1. The touchscreen might be dead...literally...yes, every thing does have a lifespan. So,it's probably reached its end point.

2. The flex leading to/from the touchscreen might be damaged. Chances are you will not be able to get the flex,so getting the touchscreen to work again may not be possible.

3. Outdated drivers is also a factor. If you've recently updated your OS, the drivers might still be the same old GPIO drivers which might need some updating.

Your best bet in solving this kind of a problem is to go to the manufacturer site, head over to their drivers and support pages where you will identify your system. Thereafter a list of drivers for your device are listed.feom there, you will download and install the touchscreen driver.

80k will get you a celeron laptop but used laptop will get you a good used laptop.. I have a core i7 dell latitude e6350 without webcam... and can go for your price

sounds like a driver issue.If you have a smart phone with internet connection and you know the model of your laptop modem you can search for drivers ,download and later transfer to your laptop for installation or look for a wired modem and use.
