I just formatted my laptop with windows 7 ultimate edition. My Bluetooth stopped connecting. I've tried updating the driver.. Also allowed Bluetooth device to connect to the laptop but it's still not connecting ..

I searched for the driver online, I was told the best driver for the device has been installed

Go to device manager, go to battery and adapter and right click Microsoft ACPI Compliant control driver and uninstall it. Shut down, remove your power cord, remove the laptop battery if it's removable and press and hold the power button for 20 seconds. Put back the battery and boot the laptop. Attach the cord and enjoy

It's always better to update online.
That way, you'll get the latest and specific drivers for your system. Also, it's always advisable to run Windows update at least once after you buy a PC. If you go to a shop, you'll be given/ a driver pack which was downloaded months or years ago, therefore obsolete....and the drivers may not be fully compatible with your specific hardware.

For Whatsapp on PC, you can use either of this two easy ways:

- Download the Whatsapp desktop app from https://www.whatsapp.com/download/

- If you're on a brower like chrome, firefox etc... go to https://web.whatsapp.com/

But I prefer the browser own, enables you to multitask while working online, and also cut the need for an extra app to be running on your PC.

It was having the sign of virus as the cursor was 'dancing' around. I switched it off,upon switch it on,it has been having this issue. It doesn't allow me to log in despite trying on it windows 8.1 installation package. Nothing works including rebooting!!!

Boot to safe mode and do a system restore to an earlier date from there
