If your agent said you need not visit Abuja for stamping...... He may be right because there are two types of 3 months visa. Full visa(no Abuja stamping) and half visa(Abuja stamping compulsory)
But either of the two must come with e-visa that will be mailed to the applicants which either to visit Abuja for visa sticker or to travel like that without visiting Abuja.

Pls, what is the difference between the full and half visa?

In essence none of you have flown or heard of times when airlines increased baggage allowance as a marketing strategy and all? 23kg times 2 is standard mostly, agreed. But there are exceptions at times. There are tickets that even allow only hand luggage sef. Virgin Atlantic for example sold a promo ticket for cheap prices lately, but the baggage allowance was disastrous especially for those who don't travel light. Always go through ticket flexibility, baggage allowance, refund and date change policies/conditions before purchasing a ticket I must advice.... They could give to you with one hand and take from you with the other, watch it!

Generally, ticket wahala are relaxed now till December into early January, and from June/July to a few weeks into summer end again.
