andrew444: U knew he(Ighalo) was crap yet, u labelled the Eagles fans ingrates in ur post earlier? Is Alli really that bad that he should be dropped for Maddison? That was/is the qstn bfor u went over board. Maddison hasn't done any remarkable thing to warrant that call from Eaglish fans. Thats why I called them ingrates. Nothing really wrong with giving Maddy a look in, but it is atrocious to drop Alli outrightly for that. Always try to understand a message bfor u start ur signature rantings. 1 Like |

andrew444: The bolded just showed u didnt get the message from the out set. What that bolded implied is giving Maddy a chance, which I am not against, but it is different from what the fans are asking for. They rather want Alli gone, with the excuse that Maddy fits Southgate's style more. To them, Alli shouldn't have a place at all in the 3lions. Dont u get it? 1 Like |

andrew444: If he was racist he won't have bothered to get him whether on loan or whatever. Gerrard is a well respected football icon all over the world.. don't let sentiments cloud ur judgment... its not every time the black man should scream racism when things don't go his way. . 2 Likes |

andrew444: Absolute Balderdash. Once again you have allowed irrational emotive negative prejudice to befuddle your reasoning. Firstly, I know Gerrard personally and he is not racist. Neither is Beale his assistant. Then secondly if he was, why is the first name on his team sheet Oviemuno Ejaria. I could count the multiple number of black players he was trying to get into Rangers but that would be over kill. A long time ago I pointed out the deficiencies in Umar Sadiq's game. My conclusions then we're that he would struggle in League one, it seems he would struggle at an event lower level. The English game as well as the Scottish games are physically intensive. His supposed physicality is an assumption not proven. He excelled if you can call it that in the Italian and Belguim league. But this league may be too much for him. As for racism see news clip below. http://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2018/09/25/could-umar-sadiq-soon-face-pressure-from-rangers-starlet-dapo-me/ With regards to his performance there is a widespread view he is not good enough. https://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2018/09/27/do-could-umar-sadiq-leave-rangers-as-early-as-january/ But then this is football, he can still improve there is a chance. But he has a lot of work to do and the other players are not sitting down looking at him. |

Iheanacho starts again.... Hope he puts in another good shift, he could secure a regular spot if he's good. This could be Kelechi's season and I hope he takes full advantage. 5 Likes |

Danielnino00: Thankfully wisdom doesn't rest with the majority. But in most cases with the minority. In my view Ighalo was considerably more effective than KC. A view that the neutral football analysts hold in general in thier overview of the world cup. So I am not alone. 2 Likes |

Humility017: To the best of my knowledge, football managers are often informed when a player is being signed by the club.. There's no way Gerrard wasn't informed about Sadiq signing.. If you are trying to judge Gerrard's personality because of some things Diouf said, then u are making a huge mistake... 3 Likes |

Humility017: I actually have met Balotelli we aren't friends. I have also met Ej Hadje and they are NOT the easiest people to get along with particularly Diof. So using those two individuals as a yardstick to measure dynamics of personal relationships and conclude Gerrard is racist shows you are looking at matter superficially and not with any depth or balance. From my knowledge of El Hadji, to put it lightly deh guy de craze. White or black he is difficult person to deal with. On the other hand Balotelli is just a very funny joker of guy. What I see is a clash of ego not racism. |

safarigirl: I didn't know you could speak Igbo. In the USA people are racist to your face and in your back. In the UK racism is subtle and not in your face. It's obvious and yes there will always be a preference for Caucasians over Black Africans. For you to get ahead you have to be clearly and openly much better. 1 Like 1 Share |

maidaboi: Where and when. Onyedinma rejected a move very unwisely to Watford who were in the EPL. Onyedinma felt a sense of emotive loyalty Millwall that he had been at since a kid. A move that was not very wise. Now his manager has rewarded his loyalty by sending him to Wycombe Wanderers on loan. His performances have dropped and he is no longer on top if his game. This is what happens in football. You must maintain standard and continously improve if not you will be going backwards. |

Odunayaw: I don't think we have to move it from NTA. The NFF should take care of the filming and editing while NTA only have to broadcast. The La Liga partnership could come in handy now because they could send some guys to help us in this regards while also teaching some guys of our own. Another Idea would be to hire Clearance Peters or any other naija music video directors funny but I have been saying this for years. Naija videos are next level these days and why not bring those guys into our football to try to perform the same magic... |

BascoVanVeli: Do you really enjoy watching those analogue NTA Pictures? It is bad enough that the league is of low standards and then you want to degrade it further with those dirty, cloudy, analogue NTA pictures. Sincerely I find those NTA pictures offensive. Plus NTA will only give you one game. And that is not even guaranteed as they may want to broadcast live a programe organized by the owners of the NTA (Federal government) and they will only appologise to viewers and promise a repeat broadcast of the match after the NTA Network News @ 9. I prefer they strike a deal with Star Times as they have better picture quality and then secure at least 3 channels so you can have options of which game to watch. |
