General Superintendent of Deeper Life Bible Church Worldwide, Pastor William Kumuyi, on Sunday said Nigeria had been unable to march its development with inherent possibilities because of the people’s failure to either harness or utilise the nation’s diversity for their collective greatness.

He said that Nigeria was endowed with resourceful citizens who could drive the nation to envious heights.


However, he regretted that contentions and divisions had deprived the citizens of personal and national greatness in times past.

People talking 'bout men of God saying "with all their prayer and fastings, what good has it done to the nation?" Really, it's not that God does not hear these prayers. The thing is that we have our individual roles to play as citizens, as political leaders, church leaders, as lecturers, as parents, as children, as pastors, as imams, to do what is right.
