No cause for alarm! Your site seems to be on a very firm ground. Supporting columns at edge, lintel chained round, concrete work looks good, parapet built well. For those who knows Ikorodu very well, there is an Estate called His Glory Estate along Laspotech road, we built 16 No's of twin 3 bedroom bungalow, a mighty bungalow indeed completely sold out now, it has been in use for about 12 years now and still waxing strong.

For those who will want to build with 6 inches block " this is only advisable for a bungalow on a very firm ground with extra care".

Your relative who handle this has done good job, kudos. My judgment base on the pix you posted.

Concrete fascia are supported by columns, as long as there are supporting columns, there is really no much to worry about, regardless of the size of blocks.

U will need to engage a plumber to carry out physical observation to enable him determine d numbers u need, since it is only chambers. chamber is not expensive to construct.

The quotation is for external plumbing works, where the inspection chambers is almost 145k

Please upload the quotation if it's written on paper or sent as sms.

Guess you already have blocks and cement on site or you will procure that upon request.
You can bargain for the workmanship with the plumber.
The amount quoted for inspection chamber is okay for 12 chambers.

The 144k isn’t for both the external piping and construction of inspection chambers oooo, it’s just for the construction of the inspection chambers, below the quotation you will see the grand total for both the external piping works and the construction chambers is 314,350, So boss are you saying 144k is ok for just the inspection chambers?

And no I don’t have blocks or cement on site yet.
