The club's football side is currently a complete sham. Jose isnt the man to turn it around but it also stems from the top of the hierarchy. From the owners, woodward, Jose and half the players need to be cleared out. If we sack jose and replace him that isnt going to drastically change things. A full restructure from the top needs to be done. Changing the manager is t going to do that. You cannot compare our football organisation to the Barca, Real,Bayern, Chelsea and even City because those clubs sorted out the top level structure before having a good foundation to move forward. The club is making tons of money other the strength of its brand but that strength wont wont last forever based alone on that.
