We need football men on the board and Ed Woodward should have NO SAY in football matters. A Technical Director must be brought on board.

Having said all that, Mourinho must go. Not just because of the present, but for the future of the club. He must not be allowed to contaminate the excellent young talent in the reserves.

A midfield of Ndidi Fred and Pogba would have been best for us, with Matic, Herrera and Perreira as impact substitutes. But we all know they still won't play well because they would be confused about the coach style
