You didn't minus the Uber/Taxify commission and cost of fuel nah. Why are you doing the maths in your favor
I support this.. the drivers are dubious and fail to use good opportunities on a rental car.. I drive mine after hearing lots of complains and regret from friends who gave their car to drivers .

I made over 100k in three weekends, my very first month as a newbie... only drove weekends fri-sun. Makes me wonder why drivers on full time can't make more than enough for themselves and pay up the 30-35k commitment without excuses. It's just not fair. If I would drop my car for 30k a week I expect the driver to make good use of the opportunity and meet their goals while keeping to their end of the agreement.

E-hailing was never designed for Vehicle Rental It just evolved here in naija. Humans are not perfect, after a while you will Get used to their imperfections.

Are you Driving a Corrola?

Ensure the following.

1. Ensure your custom duty is original, if not you might loose your car.

2. Ensure you know the person, so your car is not snatched.

25k is fine, you will not get a trip back.

Please house, I am scouting for a car to use for uber. 2005 camry is what i have eyes on for now,

Are there any specifics to look out for?
Does uber check mileage?
I understand the ride has to be clean but should I be thinking of body work even if its a few minor cosmetic scratches?
other things like sounds, smoke, etc...

This particular one i found drives pretty smooth
Though I had a mechanic with me that said it was fine, just asking nonetheless what to have eyes on.

One can never be too careful with Nigerian used vehicles...

Buying a Nigerian used car with the intention of fixing it for use brings us back to the days of ogunvic41. If you are not a mechanic, please do not go this route, you will get frustrated mid way.

buy a Good car in good condition, avoid all those 500/600k cars, they are mostly crap.
