I've been having big issues with popup ads on my phone. The thing keeps coming up unceasingly. I traced down some culprit apps and removed them. They install themselves on my phone and even install shortcuts! When i uninstall them, they come again!! Worst thing is, they drain my data like mad! I keep my phone for 10 minutes doing nothing, and 20-30mb is gone.

After trying all I could, I reset to factory settings today, but it's as if that worsened things.

Someone please help me?

It simply means that you can walk in to any of the other network providers (9mobile,airtel and glo) and switch to their network while maintaining your number. Your network will change. But your number remains the same.

My friends have been complaining that when they call my two numbers it will tell them number busy, and i have also tried calling my number with another phone still the same thing. I can only browse and call people but cannot receive calls from another them. please guys help a sister out

Hello to the gurus in the house. Please my infinix zero plus is about a year old now and it has never developed any problem before now, but today the phone switches on and off after some minutes of inactivity and until I press the power button before it switches on. The phone is not hot and the battery is charging.

Please how do I correct this anomalies before the phone damages.

2 things can cause this.
1. Your power flex is getting weak (but gives good signs cuz it still switching the fone on)
2. Battery is the number one culprit. Change it.

Plz help me out....I gave my phone (S3) to an engineer in Ikeja after flashing it, the phone could not load beyond the Samsung logo..he said I should take it home and charge it while the it loads cos the battery was down. After 3 hours the phone will still not load beyond the Samsung logo. I returned the phone to his workshop and he promised to fix it that I should wait, after waiting for 3 hours he said I will have to come back the next day to pick the phone cos they were trying to load it. It has been 3 days now and this guy keeps telling they were still loading the file....


Plz, does it take that much to load a file and reflash a phone(S3) or there is something he does not want me to know?

I will be there tomorrow. He should return my phone, working or not and refund my 500 naira.
