Sex is a physical exercise, but the effects of regular sex varies. For some ladies, regular sex trims them down. For some, they keep on adding weight when they have regular sex.

I think its only guys that one can say regular sex keeps them slim and fit (when complemented with other exercises and work-outs).

There may be elements of truth in it.
I think fairly regular safe sex make their bodies more feminine by triggering some hormonal reactions.
For instance many young ladies that become sexually active indeed get pregnant but some of the pregnancies come down naturally or even through abortion but the changes in their hormones can make their bumbum and breasts to be big with development of some special body curves in the right places.
