Cjrane2: The problem is you dont have sense. You always come on nairaland barking like a lunaticc as if your rants have any substance. I said GEJ commented on the PDP crises in the SE, you said it's my antics, have I ever pretended I dont dislike Peter obi anywhere on this forum? The PDP leaders chose Soludo who is 101% percent than Peter Obi in all ramifications so stop using Chris Ubah wanting the position to push your nonsense. Peter obi contracted you as one of this otimkpus on nairaland, you have to seperate that job from igbo issues, when I meet you on Anambra thread we will continue with that. 1 Like |

Y'all castigating umahi over his disagreement with obi's emergence are so pathetic!! Isn't he an igbo man, who comes from a republican entity?? (for the divisive elements; please spare me your ugly vituperation that he's lesser igbo) By the way, if he supports soludo as atiku's VP, is that not to igbos benefit too, or is soludu an incapable man?? And those who would passionately stroke embers of discord between anambra and ebonyi, I really take it that y'all are big time enemies of unity and progress. Either way umahi and his group takes for this issue, for love's sake, it ain't to the detriment of igbos. Soludo and obi are igbo sons, if any of em is chosen.. We are solidly on the right path!! 7 Likes 1 Share |

pazienza: I think it's wise Umahi on the other hand seeks for soft landing for the Igbos via Buhari. I still feel Buhari still has the edge. SW and majority of north are still in his hands. Plus South South states like akwa ibom and Edo are unstable especially with defections of akpabio and presence of the rigger oshiomole in edo. He's been quiet I wonder what he has up in his sleeves. Umahi should be stopped to be regarded as a traitor. Let's learn to politic like the Yorubas who divide their votes. After all their hatred for Gej and online curses they still divided their votes in 2015. 1 Like 1 Share |

LLobiorah:For peter obi hired online herdsmen like Cjrane2, it's either Peter Obi or nothing, they know nothing but to make noise online, they made the same noise during the Anambra elections until they were humbled. If SE leaders fail to endorse peter obi, there nothing anyone can do about it! 2 Likes |

Osetigoo.. The Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youths (Worldwide) has commended the PDP presidential candidate and former Vice President Atiku Abubaka, for choosing an Igbo son as the vice presidential candidate for the 2019 general elections. The commendation was given through a statement issued in Owerri on Sunday by its Acting National President, Dr. Kingsley Dozie; and Emeka Odom, its Assistant National Legal Adviser. It said that assistance of Igbo youths would be made available to the PDP, having chosen Dr. Peter Obi as its presidential running mate. The group said it had already started discussing and liaising with youths of other ethnic nationalities on how to have a productive and people-oriented election. To restructure Nigeria is our priority now and we’ll get it right this time. “The choice of the former governor, Peter Obi, is great. He was not wasteful in the management of resources while serving as governor. “Peter Obi is a good choice. He will bring business intelligence into governance. “He is not corrupt and as a governor, he was not wasteful. Igbo youths are very happy “Obi’s success story as a businessman would help in reviving the nation’s economy, if elected in 2019. “The decision to pick him, we believe, is based on his outstanding performance as governor of Anambra State,” it said. The group said that as a successful businessman, it expected Obi to translate his wealth of experience into good governance for the nation. They expressed optimism that he would not disappoint Ndigbo in particular and Nigeria at large. https://punchng.com/were-ready-to-assist-pdp-because-of-peter-obi-ohanaeze-ndigbo-youths-tell-atiku/ 1 Like

ckenneths: I cannot stop praising the wisdom of our parents for not letting our small landmass disadvantage prevent us from providing decent and affordable accommodation for all. If these houses were not there, Igboland will have the biggest slum in the world. Even Nakuru slum will be child's play to what we would have. I thank the wisdom of those that built and continued to build these decent mass housing flats all over the SE. We only need to find a way to provide adequate electricity power in our cities and we are set to go. 13 Likes

horsepower101: If only southeastern leaders understood the goldmines that they are sitting on especially a City like Aba. The leaders of Abia State have been monumental failures. Videos like this, even 10% of it will remain a complete pipe dream unless the current caliber of leadership changes immediately. 10 Likes 2 Shares |

sage: Abia State moved from the BEST state in the SE to indisputably the WORST state in the SE. Sadly, Aba is a principal city in the SE that must rise for the economy of the zone to take off. I am so sad each time i remember Orji Uzor Kalu and Theordore Orji. These are two names that will live in infamy for their roles in dragging Abia state from a prime state in Nigeria to a totally failed state. I hope the present Governor Okezie Ikpeazu will focus on reviving Aba into a vibrant city again through fixing it's infrastructure. Once the city is made habitable again, private investors will flow in and do what is required in that video. The only role of the government is to clean up the city and fix the roads. I like that they are using concrete roads for some perennially flooded roads to make sure they are solid even when the area is flooded. 6 Likes 1 Share |

For What reason are you voting in Atiku? Is it because his running mate is Igbo man from Anambra? Is it because you hate buhari so much? I beg you in the name of God, insist that your leaders negotiate Atiku on the 2nd Niger Bridge, full upgrade of Akanu Ibiam international airport and rebuilding of all federal roads in SE, connecting of major SE cities via rail-line and voting of thermal plans in the region's like Imo and Anambra with deep natural gas reserves. This will create huge jobs in SE, dot SE in international maps and boost SE economy by miles. I just saw Ohanaeze youth wing saying they'll vote Atiku because Obi is from SE, I hope when Gbenga Daniel as SGF cites most federal projects to the west and you're left out because VP was your only demand in exchange for vote you will be satisfied? nnamdijonathan: I just do not want to comment on your irrational applause. The system he keeps talking about is the system that demeans individual development and push for herds mentality. I have been to these places he claims to have had a system of organized government and I can tell you that I prefer the igbo minds than those bunch. I have been to almost all the states in the country and the neighbouring country, these herds mentality using a central religious and political leader has made them lazy and lack the ability to think for themselves. The only ones making headway are the ones that have the history of being related to the elites or being favoured by the emirates since the time immemorial. If you venture come from outside to preach something else, they crush you and make you insignificant. This is a case-study of the kano/kaduna christians. They are basically the educated bunch due to what christianity brings with it. With all their education, they do not get jobs and they are not considered in their political hemisphere. They are somewhat ostracized. You need to understand that even though the igbos seem to be divided with personal opinions. It has brought out the individual capabilities of its people. We only need to work on the ability to come together and work for a particular political and economic pursuit. The only thing that can bring igbos together is ideology and not singular leadership. This is what is pushing Israel, USA and China forward. They believe in a kind of ideology that they are the superior race and the come together to fashion a way to bring the whole world. That is positive step and not uthman dan fodio and the other people system of leadership. 5 Likes 1 Share |

superlightning: You might not like the what pazienza is saying basically because it does not support your IPOB agenda. I fully understand your stand point and like the ikwerres, it will be difficult to erase even with myriad of evidence coming from that angle that those people do not like us. Ikwerres are having this strong belief of recent of a unified Niger delta that will cover their lapses in the event of restructuring or eventual division of this country. Why? The whole of Niger delta can boast of oil and sea access which will help boost economic activities in their area and judging from the number of oil companies they already have, they have something to offer the other groups based oil-based industrialization. We igbos can only boast of individualistic achievements. To them, we couldn't save them in the 60's and as it stands now we cannot save them in 2018. The south south has a bargaining chip but we do not. They cannot follow us based on a pipe-dream that has not gotten any form yet. You have to understand them. They need to continually present themselves as ikwerre so that they continuously get from the south south and stay relevant in the region. It will be difficult for you to change that because you are not offering anything better than what they are getting. We igbos need to work on ourselves. We are being dragged and neglected by the people who should naturally align with us. If we fail to start seeing reality the way it is, then I have to say I am sorry to you all. The southeast should start developing the areas that identify with igbos now and let others follow later. We cannot stop thinking and working because ikwerre and other subgroups refuses to align with us. It does not make any sense. 2 Likes |

OreMI22: worst state by what indices? bia, in as much as I detest KALU AND THEODORE for worsening our infrastructural deficit, I don't see where abia ranks at the bottom as a state. its easier to develop a virgin territory like abakaliki than an industrial region like aba. this is because no matter what development you bring you must stick to the plan. moreso, the momentum of reurbanisation will be slower due to the structures already on ground. by the way, there is also an umuahia city to cater for. educationally and economically, abia remains a force to reckon with in Nigeria. 3 Likes |
