OMANBALA1: its like you are still mastering the use of the word "inferiority complex". OMANBALA1 or whatever you call your sorry self, responding to my mentions does not add a feather to your stupid hat. Be careful with how you respond to issues. if abia gets insulted, you expect me to keep quiet right? if its anambra state, you will start vomitting trash. you better be careful. 1 Like 1 Share |

pazienza: what is the meaning of "ogbakor"? are you more seasoned than the experts who have historical evidence about igwuocha? how does knowing about a people's true history translate to wanting to cling to them? even if some ikwerre school of thought should disclaim Igbo, does it change the fact that there are ikwerre people who are members of ohaneze ndigbo? i-too-know has always been disgracing you from time to time, it will keep disgracing you and your likes. you mode of thinking is isolationist, the same way you almost made us lose our delta Igbo brethren....your attitude is self destructive and very un-igbo. where are the adults in nairaland? there seem to be children every where. 1 Like |

globemoney01: thank God you said deep down, these guys know that they are Igbos. and nobody is FORCING any attachment on them, pls ignore pazienza pranks of wanting to misrepresent issues. I have always said it that I will accept those who accept me and reject those who reject me, but for posterity sake, port Harcourt was and remains alaigbo. ikwerre will "bend the knee" when we start dealing with them. they will be punished. but I wont because of that reject the good ones among them who are still proud if their igboness |

superlightning: How you can say this, while keeping a straight face, still baffles me. Punish them how? They just want to be left alone. You do that, and you don't need to start talking about punishment and reward. They are not children for you to punish. 5 Likes 1 Share |

By the way, I appreciate IPOB and all their good works in creating awareness for Biafra. But you see this multi ethnic Biafra thing? That's where I will never agree with you guys. 8 Likes 1 Share |

No part of Anambra is part of your useless and low esteemed ipob. We don't feel inferior to anyone. Stop embarrassing igbos by courting ikwerre and other sub groups. They should be the ones claiming Igbo. superlightning: 2 Likes |

Yes i did. But coming face to face with Ikwerre to tell them that they are Igbos is counterproductive because they will deny it standing before you. My point is that we should stop making them feel important by constantly reminding them that they are Igbos. They should be the ones forcing themselves to the larger igbo group. GuyWise: 2 Likes |

superlightning:I think the Ikwerreans who accept being Igbo should be the ones to be very vocal about it. You can’t just claim you are Igbo and become silent when majority of your people are claiming and saying otherwise and expect us to speak out for you. As it stands now, majority of Ikwerre people claim they are not Igbo and I will treat ALL of them as such! 5 Likes 1 Share |

Tell him bro. These guys are letting Igbos down by constantly forcing a major group like Igbo onto a minority group like Ikwerre. It should be the other way round. globemoney01: 3 Likes 1 Share |
Re: . by globemoney01: 7:26am On Oct 16, 2018 |
onuebonyi:Exactly. All the people pushing this Ikwerre are igbos nonsense need to visit PH. Imagine a majority group begging minority Ikwerre people without any human and economic importance to be Igbo? Very embarrassing! Absolute madness 6 Likes 2 Shares |

globemoney01:You should tell that to the person you quoted because he was the person that brought this Ikwerre discussion by posting pictures of PH and claiming it was an Igbo city, when Abagworo corrected him he lashed out at him and now he is claiming Ikwerre is not Igbo just because his contract with Wike didn't go down well...... I just hate hypocrites 1 Like |
Re: . by oneast: 7:36am On Oct 16, 2018 |
Posting PH pictures doesn't make any difference. Quite alright Ph is an Igbo city but what we are saying is that Ipob should stop forcing Ikwerre into igbo fold. We should stand as a major group, it is the Ikwerre that should be forcing themselves on us. GuyWise: |

Re: . by oneast: 7:43am On Oct 16, 2018 |
Pointless. Ipob should stop embarrassing Igbos. All groups should be allowed to freely choose where they want to be. Igbos have achieved so much in material and human resources that it will be an embarrassment for Igbos to be forcing themselves on a minor group like Ikwerre. It should be the other way round. InyinyaAgbaOku: I care less about the ikwerres but we also have a chunk of the blame. We talk and act as if we have been the saint since the coming of Jesus. Our major blame is the fact that we have only come up individually and not as a people. We have stopped wielding the power and respect we once had. It is not the fault of the ikwerres that our politicians have been playing the patient and second fiddle game. Even in the last days of GEJ, very few were identifying with him. This is the case of the igbo people. If we keep playing the side game and want people in the advantage positions to identify with us, then you are just being emotional. I am not saying that when we get it right, we should go and call ikwerres to join us. I absolutely no, but the onus is on us to get our acts right devoid of other igboid groups trying to play smart with our identity. This country is jungle and every group is looking for the best ways to survive. If it is to renounce your parents, many people do that if the parents cannot provide for the child. We should stop being emotional about rational issues. Let us get ourselves together and forge a strong political and economic front. This will go a long way to save us from many insults that might come from different angles in the near future. 1 Like |

Develpeast: What has Igbos getting down to work got to do with other Igboid? We aren't responsible for their Bini heritage. Don't blame Igbos for what they don't know about. If you want to say Igbos should work smarter, say so. But leave Ikwerre out of it. It's their Bini ancestors they renounced by bearing Igbo names , not Igbo heritage. So, Igbo should lose sleep over non achieving groups? They only play smart with your identity cos some of you accept them. If you all like me and Pazienza, they would have used other groups for such crap not Igbo. Some of you are even hoping to accommodate more converts in the future. You know, being Igbo is sth you become once Igboland turns great, but till then the person makes do with BINI ancestors. 1 Like |
