Hello Nairalanders,
My prayer this week is that each day will be filled with testimonies. Sometimes life can seem haphazard and accidental, but i want you to know that overall the seeming accidents in our lives, God is at work.
God is all knowing and everything he does in our best interest. 1st Samuel 2. My prayer today is that you connect with Him, your source.
Ask Him, seek him, let Him into everything that concerns you. He will perfect everything that concerns you.
May God grant us the courage to wait on Him, Trust Him and may He continually strengthen our faith with milestone testimonies every step of the way.
May God grant us our Canada visas, approved and stamped. Hold on, we shall all testify in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
Have a groundbreaking testimony filled week in Jesus name. Amen.

I submitted my application for a pgd program (Humber college winter 2019) Online 24th of September Biometrics: 26th of September Refused study permit: 5th of October
Attached letter of refusal. I plan on re applying. I guess it's because i did not pay my tuition fee. It's a 2 years program. |

Easy sir ooo, your 1st statement though. It is well.Online/paper when someone cloud is full, his/her rain will fall so it has nothing to do with smartness. God opens the door, no VO can shut. grace will shine on everyone waiting for approval.Ire oooo Oga smart jnyuwa02:
You guys think you are smart. Everyone started filing online because online are been processed from London where the VOs are more lenient. What happened from that is that a back- log was created. Now London is struggling to catch up on May, June, July and August applicants. It seems effective September, newly filed online applications are now been channelled to Kenya where the workload is not much due to applicants running away from Kenya. So by some twists of event, online applications are now going to Kenya. The more things change, the more they remain the same. Have a good day.
Ps: that said, this denial has nothing to do with your tuition payment. It seems you did not convince the VO that you plan to be a genuine student if granted a visa. You did not convince them that you have no other exterior motives of been in Canada than studying and returning to your country after your studies. Please order your GCMS notes and see. 3 Likes |

For other trv hopefuls, the God that did it for me will do it for y'all. Saw a guy who came to pick up his passport (paper application), and got a refusal, he was so downcast. Advised him to repackage and reapply. |

Naijaforeigner:
It is well bro. You will definitely get your Uk visa cos the process is straight forward. Downside is there is no automatic staying back like you have in Canada except God gives you a job and the company decides to sponsor you.
But please let me appeal to you to reapply one more time for Canada. The same SOA you will use for Uk is the same account you will use for Canada. Most masters in Uk schools go for at least £9000 and maintenance funds of at least £ £9,125 (almost same amount you will use for Canada). I suggest you Defer your Canada Admision and also apply for Uk MSc (it is free). I did same thing.
All you will need do this time is do online for Canada so that your passport is still with you to enable you apply for Uk. You can apply for Uk about 3 weeks before resumption (you will do priority application). Even after paying your deposit fees to any Uk school you can collect your money back when your Canada visa is out.
Trust me, even though Canada visa process is tiring, I kid you not bro, The peace of mind you have knowing you can stay back to work is everything. Imagine staying in UK for 4 years and I still could not stay back? If I had done my BA in Canada, I am so sure I would have nearly gotten my PR by now.
My opinion is there is no point spending about 4m and above in any foreign country for studies and not stay back to get that foreign work experience.
Long story short, you can kill 2 birds with one stone. Think about it. Your advise to him is lovely. But IMO, as suggested he should try Canada once again, (online route) this time and Ireland instead of the U.K. Better prospects of staying back to work after graduation. That's my own Plan C, only downside is you need to have your cash handy for this country. 1 Like |

I tire oo. For your info, for those of you who had applied September or are planning of applying online, be rest assured your application is going to the Nairobi demons. Dont think you will avoid them by not applying through the paper route. Nairobi Demons are now attending to online applications and they are the ones attending to September and October applications. So please when applying online, have it at the back of ur mind that ur application isnt going to the Nice VOs(London and Lagos) but to the Demons themselves(Kenya). So make sure you put ur best in ur applications coupled with a lot of prayers. Peace jnyuwa02:

In all don't let go of God's hand in your app, He raises and pulls down. The gurus are coming to add more but I am saying it the 2nd time if you are convinced enough reapply, if not kindly request for ur GCMS note. Tosan28: @Frankrobbn1
