In other words she's saying you should get rid of that emotion towards her. That's my Interpretation

she is simply afraid of falling in love again after her previous disappointments

in a nutshell she is saying she loves u but the thoughts of falling in love again gives her butterflies i.e ( makes her anxious, afraid, uncomfortable..etc) therefore u should feed the butterflies first ( in otherwords make her trust you and give her enough reasons to overcome her fears).
