Mizwisdom: Don’t mind him, I don’t know why immigrants especially Nigerians behave like him because they got citizenship in their host country. For those living in America, don’t worry Donald trump will make you remember where you come from. 5 Likes |

Babyvet: You are very funny o What's your problem with my choice? not every one wants their kids to be associated with their countries of origin, especially when your country of origin is NIGERIA For those who want to take their kids there, fine, but as for me, my uncle's, my sisters and most of us, NIGERIA ended with us..... it's a fresh start for our descendants 4 Likes 2 Shares |
Re: Share Your Experience Of Life Outside Nigeria. by Babyvet: 2:38pm On Oct 29, 2018 |
Ugosample: That’s fine. But in reality especially in America , as a person of color, they will not be fully accepted as an American. Even black Americans who have been here for hundred of years are always told to go back to Africa. 2 Likes |

Babyvet: growing up in Lagos, and born in Lagos too, I was told often as an Igbo guy to "go home too" My grand father lost properties after the civil war in his OWN country So forget that thing Bigots are everywhere and if a bigot yells racial slurs at me or my kids, Na ignorance sure pass. it's your fundamental human right not to like me, but infringing on my right will lead to police case So tribal /racial slurs are nothing to me it's been my experience since child hood and by the way, I don't seek acceptance so that does not bother me As long as my kids will not get deported, all that talk of "go home" is by word of mouth 3 Likes 1 Share |

Ugosample: Well if it’s a white person infrininging on your rights like calling the police you on while you living your life , nothing is going to happen to them. As we have seen. 1 Like |

Re: Share Your Experience Of Life Outside Nigeria. by Ugosample(m): 3:12pm On Oct 29, 2018 |
Babyvet:that is precisely my point.... As long as my kids are citizens of their country of residence nobody can deport them so all that slurs are worthless 2 Likes 1 Share |

Babyvet: about that..... many of them have been called out and disgraced in recent months like the foolish man harassing the Puerto Rican to the white lady calling the popo to wrongly accuse a young black boy of 7 of sexual harassment There us a back lash, and people still fighting against the bigots in America in my $hithole country of origin on the other hand, there is no consequence or backlash whatsoever for hate speech or tribal slurs....... Shame 3 Likes 1 Share |
Re: Share Your Experience Of Life Outside Nigeria. by Babyvet: 3:19pm On Oct 29, 2018 |
Ugosample: Yes short backlash for a couple of minutes , they lose their jobs and eventually find another one . Meanwhile if the shoe was on the other foot, we lose our jobs and still face jail time. If they really got bad consequences like jail time or heavy fines , they would stop doing it but they continue. Americans are not fighting bigots when we have bigot in charge, as long as bigots continue to run the country and have power , nothing will change . 1 Like |

Re: Share Your Experience Of Life Outside Nigeria. by Babyvet: 3:37pm On Oct 29, 2018 |
Ugosample: When changes are actually being put into effect , then I can believe that. Nigerians are one of the mostly highly educated groups in America but we are not the highest earning group. Blacks in America need to have collective wealth to also makes changes. 1 Like |

Ugosample: Yes and whose fault is that? Nigerians are always blaming the government but they need look to themselves look in the mirror. If they vote for him in the next election and he win 2nd term , I don’t want to hear any complaints , the same goes for America as well. |

Babyvet: Nope...that is not where the change with blacks needs to be...it needs to start with blacks being united amongst themselves and that has to first of all start in Africa. 1 Like 1 Share |

Beautyaddy: I stand by my statement , in America , to makes any changes , you have to have collective wealth. Being united ain’t going to change anything if we don’t have any power. That’s why the Asians are thriving out here. |

Beautyaddy: true that but how can that happen when an average African is so full of, and consumed with hate...... Yoruba hating Igbo for NO sensible reason, Igbo hating Yoruba for no reason, and scenarios like that playing across Africa Strong tribal identities insteadd of forming an "African identity the same way there is a "Western identity" despite which western country you are from A lot of us try, but so so so many Africans are just deadweight 3 Likes |

Re: Share Your Experience Of Life Outside Nigeria. by Beautyaddy: 4:26pm On Oct 29, 2018 |
Babyvet: Yes true...but that collective wealth still has to start with blacks supporting each other to even enable that wealth to bring about power. And that is what the Asians are enjoying now...strong support amongst each other. 1 Like |

Ugosample: Something can be said for here, most of the people who voted for trump are bigots. They all shared some of his views. Even the colored people who voted for him are idiots. I'm not going to fault him for being a bigot because of most of these past presidents have been bigots. The low class white people really thought Donald trump was really going to help them, they're in for a rude awakening. |
