The Onitsha chapter of NCAN said the suspect was born and bred in Ogun state. He is not full blown Igbo because of his Afonjaic behaviors. The PRO of the Onitsha chapter demands that is balls be cut off and fed to the dogs.

Animal rights activist and Vet Doctor in Ogun State was worried that any male/female dog that eats the balls might become a rapist.
