And that's exactly what applies to women generally. Many women put up a show outside. Many women live plastic lives outside. Many women 'act' outside. But home is a place where ladies let out steam, let their hair down and live normal lives. Yes I would want my future wife to stay sexy and attractive for me even in her sleep, yes o, I can be very demanding cos I can easily be turned off, but at some point we have to understand that women are trying hard already.

In naija, have encountered many in my practise, and for most, I refrain from prescribing drugs for many reasons. We still advocate exercise and diet, which brings us back to Sq 1. Even in the western world with all the free healthcare and good economy and free gym sometimes, the burden of overweight women is very very high. Ironically, the men here are more demanding of slim figures than naija men
