Everyone gets a severance package. Andy Rubin is the father of Android. You know, that operating system that powers 3b devices around the planet and helps pull in tens of billions of dollars in revenue for Google annually. I can assure you $90m is almost an insult for his contribution to Google.

If he didn't sell Android to Google, instead licensing it, would he have to sell his own company and have to donate the proceeds to charity just to placate you folks.

No one is arguing sexual harassment is okay, what most of us who are clearly drifting to the right is saying, you guys are trying to use a tank to kill a mosquito.

Dude harassed a lady. Dude got sacked. That's not satisfactory. Now you guys want him not to get anything from all he's worked for? Really how sadistic can you guys get? If she wants to go to court, she still can. Ask for $90m in damages, see if any self-respecting jury gives you that?

There's no where on this planet where what he did would even land him in jail, at most its a suspended sentence, civil damages of a few tens of dollars, and community service. Yet you guys are content with him not getting the pay he deserves after he's been punished for the wrongdoing.
