Welcome to softhand republic, just be confident and stop putting your hands in your pocket. That was what I did
PS: buy a handkerchief, why do you think those boys hold folded handkerchief with perfume on it�

Is it abnormal? Mine has reduced though,only occurs when I'm tensed or using my phone for a long period of time.

The only problem is my phone slipping most times but I've learned to always grab it firmly.

Mine is reducing with age. The more I grow older, the more it has reduced drastically unlike when it dripped like water when in primary school many years ago.
I hardly remember I sweat on my palm.
The greatest healing to sweaty palms is psychological not with any physical therapy.
The more you believe in yourself, improve your self worth, self esteem and confidence level then your sweaty palms will start fading away.
Surround yourself most times with people who love you and believe in you......it will boost your confidence level and then with age you see less of it
