After she has dropped one kid for the man? Where I come from dem go dey pet the man make him marry the lady sharply.

I witnessed something similar in the East sometime in 2016. The father of the bride and some kinsmen claimed the things brought by the in laws were not complete. And that was how the wedding was called off on the D Day.

I have been to a cancelled wedding before when the groom couldnt meet all the obligations required.

We sat till 6pm waiting for the bride and groom to no avail. We ate and all left. Both refused to pick up thier call and we later learnt the bride's father called off the wedding.
