Hi peeps. For someone going with a child, will the child also need to undergo medicals? |

UYPLUS! (A.K.A... Shithole) My sure brother. I sight you viewing this topic. Welcome bro! |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Frankrobbn1: 9:54pm On Nov 10, 2018 |
makano: Those that completed their medicals with children's practice in the past won't be affected because the hospital accreditation was still valid as at then and CIC are fully aware of this and won't pose to be a problem. Therefore, anyone that has undergone a medical exam with them recently (this month) after they lose their accreditation will be affected, that's the more reason I decided to share this info on this reputable platform for the benefit of others. For those that were called for medicals recently or plan going for an upfront medicals, your best bet will be IOM Abuja or Lagos, as Q life hospital is fully booked till February 2019. I wish everyone the best in their various applications. |

Hello guys, after submitting your application, what next? I saw it now takes 52wks for VOs to work on applications minus processing time. What if your acceptance letter expires before then? Or studies started before decision was made on your application? How do you approach this situation? |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Bennycrown(m): 7:36am On Nov 11, 2018 |
Last i checked, the processing time is 15weeks ,but please be aware that the time stipulated on the website isnt applicable to all applications, it could be longer for some amd also way shorter for some other people.paper route has proven to be quite faster than online route ,and rven more recently quite a substantial numberof sept and October have gotten their application attended to faster than expected regards of the route they applied through. As regards ur second question, if your acceptance letter duration expires before a decision is made on ur visa you will be contacted by visa officials possibly via email to provide a new acceptance letter ,which could be gotten from your school.and peradventure studies start before a decision is made on ur trv u will have to defer ur admission to another session permitted by the school, while u wait for a decision to made on your visa. Hello guys, I have an HND in electrical and electronic engineering, my work experience since last 3 years has been in construction in Qatar. I'm planning to go do another diploma in a construction-related course in Canada due to my experience and the interest I have in construction and also can not further to graduate studies due to my HND certificate. Is there any chance for me getting my study permit granted? |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by henricson(m): 9:01am On Nov 11, 2018 |
makano: This is serious. Only four hospitals in the whole of Nigeria. If I may ask, why can't government hospitals like national hospital, luth, upth, etc be on the list, these are big hospitals who can get required facilities. |

Bennycrown: Sorry for the error, its 15 weeks. Just few days ago, I saw 14 days. Since there are no general rules on which route is faster, I'm hoping online will too. Thank you for the guidance, it's really helpful. 1 Like |

uyplus: LOL this Guy! You don't seize to amaze me with your detestable field of vision about our dear country, Nigeria. Even though we are all travelling to Canada to acquire quality education, advanced knowledge and be useful to ourselves. Let's also remember our origin and our beloved ones (parent's and siblings) whom we are leaving behind and are looking up-to us. Nigeria is the best place to invest when you must have successfully made a good living and secured a well paid job in Canada. It's grief-stricken that we are being governed by bad leaders who are only eager to grasp opportunities for their betterment and not for the masses. As for the incumbent President, I don't see him ruling this country for the second time. He has proved himself as an incompetent leader, who can't take Nigeria to the ladder of success and we can't move forward with such kind of person on seat. Hence, he doesn't fit in as a president and must be voted out. In respect to my application, it's moving on well. I wonder why it's taking them so long to make a decision. Nevertheless, there is a huge progress. Thanks for the kind wishes my bro, and I hope to be there with you guys soon. I wish you the very best in your ongoing exams. Stay safe Bro! 8 Likes |

Happy Sunday to Y'all Finally got my GCMS notes and decided to post it here to at least, lay to rest the agrument on whether those refused Visa should get their notes before reapplying or they just reapply based on the generic reasons in their refusal letter. First image is the GCMS note, second is the refusal letter. Let me quickly add that it is misleading and deceitful to advise anybody not to get their GCMS notes before reapply, except such person has limited time to do so.

Lagos2canna: Correct. You see, those guys in Nairobi have some biased reasons for refusals and most times, these reasons cannot be effectively backed up with established bases for rejection. So, in most cases, they just look for a reason and tick. Abi, what's their explanation on refusal on purpose of visit in that GCMS now? The PA might as well not need to have applied for the note if he knew such vague info would be what he would get. My advice is: use another route and rework your SOP. Pray that this time, it falls into the right hands. There is also a right time to apply too. Just pray your application gets submitted at such time. 1 Like |

Hello house. Please I really your input. About to start applying to schools this month. I have Bsc in Accounting(2.1). Finished nysc april this year. Then did a 3 months Digital marketing Internship job which i really enjoyed and learnt alot. Now I wanted to apply for a PGD/PGC in marketing management or interactive marketing communications or Advertising Account management. Just any good program related to the Digital marketing I interned as. But a friend is saying the VO will prefer i enroll for an accounting PGD instead or Global Business Management or International Business program. Really confused right now. My innocent mum is suggesting i start afresh with a 3years diploma in sales and advertising. But I have Bsc already and I'm 24years old which the VO might not like. P/S: Masters is more expensive that's why i'm not considering it. Please guys i'm begging for your suggestions my reliable consultants. Please, biko and mbok |
