I have always wondered why Tanzanians look more beautiful and handsome than Kenyans and Ugandans, in spite of the fact that you are all East Africans.

Tanzanians also have better manners and are more friendly, social and hospitable than other East Africans.

Kenyan economy may be higher than Tanzania in nominal calculations, but at the end of the day Tanzania is higher in purchasing power parity because the cost of living in Tanzania is cheaper. Tanzanians do not live fake lives.

By next year, all of West Africa hopes to use a single currency which will make us a single economy.
You east Africans speak a common language (swahili) compared to we West Africans who do not even understand each other.

Here in Tanzania we dont sell agricultural land to foreigners,which I support.When it comes to properties, a foreigner has a way of owning.And there is no way we can live our lives by clogging ourselves like we live in a stone age.we need flavour.we need investments.As you know all these guys who will be the new residents are not poor.They will bring knowledge, expertise, more investment etc.Better immigration policies are a way to go.
We only need to safeguard our traditions and values.We don't want to fall into the error of worshiping a foreigner.

You also cannot deny the fact that all the Arable land in Kenya is used by the Kenyatta family and Indians for their private flower gardens.

By inheritance, I and my sibblings already own acres of arable lands to our name in my community of origin. We can do whatever we deem fit with it. We can also purchase as many more acres as we deem fit at give away prices.
This is the reality in Nigeria which Kenyans can never enjoy.

This is one reason why Nigerian poverty can never be juxtaposed with that of Kenya. The poorest rural Nigerians are well fed than the average Kenyan because we control our lands.
Western media and statistics agencies just cannot wrap their heads around the workability of these things.
