TEARS SHEEN DOWN FROM HER EYES AS SHE WALK INTO MANNY'S ROOM.....
For a moment Mary just lean her hand on the wall, the room was still the way Manny have left it except the few scattered clothes on the bed that she forgot to put back into the wardrobe the day she saw the diary.....

She grunts, then sniff, some tears escaping back into her through her nose....

She trot towards the bed, hands fold across her chest she sat on the bed....

She was confused.... Frustrated.....

Who could be the one behind everything was the question that keeps bubbling in her head...

She bit her lips dwelling deep into her thoughts....
She exhales when she couldn't find any answer to her questions.....

She thought of where Manny could be.. Where her abductor could have taken her....
She swallowed letting her thoughts overwhelmed her.. Take control......

She nib her lips and brought out Manny's phone, she placed her own phone on the bed, close to her...

For a moment she just sat down staring at Manny's phone... She has literally go through everything on the phone and there was nothing that could lead them to where Manny is.......

She drop the phone and pick hers... She nib her lip, then she touch the message icon on the soft touch phone...

Her heart pounded for a second when she saw the number that has sent a message not to trust Jasmine....

She squeaked.... A snort followed when the reminder of Jasmine reminds her she was still in the hospital......

She stare at the number, she curl her lips... Then without a second thought she called the number....

A terse feeling of frustration coiled it's way into her.... When she try the number and it was switch off...

She grind her teeth and drop the phone on the bed...
Her hands on her forehead. She lour her head,a gleen of sweat sheen down from her brow......

Her eyes began to flood with tears.and they slowly began to make their way down her cheek.....

There was silence on the other end then her voice came up...... "I don't know..... "

Shock engulf him..... "What... How, when....?

There was a slight pause then her voice came up again.........

"Someone brought it lastnight...... "

Fear ran it's way into him.... "Are you okay...? He ask shapily

He sigh, a sigh of relief...... "Am still working on the kidnapper's case... Very soon am going to know who is behind it...... "he said.....

He didn't want to give her hopes by telling her he already know who did it......

She swallowed allowing her pains to take control.... Uncontrollable tears splash down from her eyes.....

She sobbed heavily... Heart throbbing....... "I didn't kill him.. I didn't kill him.... "

He sniff"His mother loved him.. He was like an egg to the family... He was the pillar of his family... When he died in that accident... His mother couldn't take it, she wept day and night in his grave.. His entire family wept...... His mother starve herself for days.... No one could convince her..... All she cried for was for her son to return but he never came..... ,She became sick...., there was no money because he spent his entire dine on you so you can graduate and be his wife....... It didn't take long before she died..........so now do you see why am torturing you, because you deserved it..... "

"Am sorry..... "She muttered with uncontrollable tears.....

"You should have let him go when you had no intention of getting married to him.... You should have stopped him from spending on you.... But no, you let him... "Finally person don reach house oo.... "Jasmine said as she stood to her feet....

Mary grit her teeth as she supported her to the gate,
She was shocked when she noticed the gate was opened... Then she quickly registered Sharon might be back home.....

They went in and headed towards the threshold of the house...

Mary knocked, it didn't take long before Sharon opened....

"Where did you....... "Sharon pause when she saw Jasmine behind her....

She knit her brows and left the door post going to sit on a chair.....

"Afa na.... "Jasmine said to her as she walk in.....

Mary drop the bag she was carrying and shift her gaze to Sharon still on her standing position.....

Jasmine gave a sluggish yawn and peep through the window...... She quickly shift her gaze back to Mary...

As he drew closer so the stench of cigarettes from the house....

Without hesitation, Francis knocked on the door not minding the offensive cigar odour from the house....

He knocked again but no reply came, infuriated he peep from the window.... He blink when he saw three guys and one girl smoking and drinking......

"Na who be dat.....? A voice raved from the house...

Heart pounding... Francis shift away from the window but gave no reply....

"Na who dey spy for window.....? The voice came again.....

"It's me, Peter..... "Peter replied....

Silence came and it made Francis wonder what they were doing......

Just then the door flung open, what face them was the muzzle of the gun that was pointed at them......

Francis heart skipped... He took a deep drag, he knows at this point, been scared is not an option...

Francis fixated his gaze on the gun, then to the guy holding it,he was shirtless..., there was a lion tattoo on his chest... His trouser drag down exposing his bedspread boxers.....

The guy curl his lips....... Then he lower the gun......

He motioned for them with his head for them to come in....

Heart almost wrecking out, Francis followed Peter inside....

He couldn't stand the cigar odour... It was much.. Smoke from the cigarette dancing it's way into the air... It clouded the house.....

"Where is Micah....? Francis ask with pants breathe.....

The guy didn't reply,he just sat down and continue smoking....

Francis gaze roam from him to the next guy, the other guy face was rough, the smoke clouded his face... He exhales as his gaze shift to the girl... He wonder how the girl was so comfortable with them.... The girl wasn't smoking though, but the way she was looking, it look like she had drank alot....

He gritted as the smoke sniff it's way into his nose..... He quickly look at the other guy... He was dark.. Extremely black.. His face look scary and dangerous......

Just then he heard footsteps, he look forward and then he saw him coming from the dinning....... He quickly furrowed his brows as he glare at him....

"Don't do anything stupid.... "Peter whisper to him....

"P, Na wetin be dis na....? Micah boom out as he drew closer to them.....

"We need to talk Mike.... "Peter replied...

Micah suck his teeth then he stare at the other boys who quickly stood up with the girl and they walk towards the dinning......

"Start talking....... "He said with furrowed brows....

"You know why we are here..... "Francis said infuriated....

"Are you here because of the girl....? Micah ask with frown lines encroaching on his forehead.....

Peter squeaked but didn't reply.. Just then his phone began to ring in his pocket....

He pick up the phone and saw it was Rose..... He hesitated a bit then he answered the call...... "Baby..... "

"Am somewhere around.... "

Peter exhales.... "Alright stay there, am coming home.... "

He put back the phone in his pocket when the call ended......

Francis jut his chin.... "Let's go home.... "

Shock engulfed her when she recalled him.....

Head spinning.. The picture became clearer and clearer in his head...... She has walked into the bar and sat beside him.. She offered him a drink........

"You....... "Francis muttered crisply.....

"No baby, we are just meeting now.... "She cut in...

"No.. I have seen you... It was you..... "Francis said as more memories flood in...

"Am not sure i know what you are talking about, am just meeting you for the first time..... "She quickly shift her gaze to Peter.... "Baby please can you open the door.... Am pressed"

Peter didn't hesitate before he opened it,....

She smile at Francis and quickly rushed into the house......

Peter spun round to face Francis........."You know her......?

"It's she........ She's the girl that bitch paid to spike my drink... She is the slut Mary caught me f*cing....."
